C00 Rafael responded to my request for service quickly. Arrived in time for the appointment and was very professional and provided me with a clear understanding of what the job I needed required. The job was scheduled immediately and the two personnel that did the job, arrived on time, were very courteous and respectful and professional. I felt quite at ease with this company for this job and I will be using them for my AC needs in the future. This is my first job with them and I feel at this time I hired the right company for this job.

Those hardworking young men with the can-do attitude worked as a team, bringing to life my 15-year idle a.c. unit at a fraction of the cost had I ordered a new one. Now I can enjoy cool air in hot Miami. They showed me (not just told me) the need to replace some components, as well as explained to me what to expect of my old unit. I am not an expert in pricing but would say that price paid was probably fair for the work done, considering that I accepted the first one that came along. I am satisfied with the work, therefore I have no regrets.

When my prior service provider, a very well known company, said that I needed to replace the entire AC System, I knew it was time to start shopping for a new firm to handle my AC needs. They even offered to send me a quote. That was going to be a non starter. I made the request for service through an online third party. Within minutes, Freezing Point called and we set up an appointment. He checked the system, correctly diagnosed the problem and within a few hours we had replaced the defective Trane components. I highly recommend this company. This is an honest outfit that does not charge for a service visit. By their promptness in responding, courteous service and reasonable prices, they have earned my business and that of all my friends. Keep up the good work.

While we had some initial hiccups with scheduling, once they were here getting the work done everything went exceptionally smooth. They had the best prices and were very friendly and professional. The work crew made sure to clean up as best as they could as well.

They were very quick and did an excellent job. I would most certainly recommend them. The price was also very fair and lower than other bids. My only reservation needing to pay by check or having to pay an additional fee. But that was a minimal issue given all of the other great qualities of working with them.

Freezing point did a great job! We had to clean our AC unit and inverter and not only did they do a good job of cleaning but they also installed a UV protector to keep it clean longer. The estimator came in the morning and sent his technician in the same afternoon to complete the work.
