WOW! I called on a Sunday morning and Raphael came out at Noon and gave me a bid. The workers returned at 5:30 that same day and serviced my A/C Unit and cleaned the coils and recharged the system. The work was excellent, fast, accurate, reasonably priced. Best experience I have ever had! I Summary: 1. Instant response time 2. Excellent workmanship 3. Very Fair price and ethical 4. Accurate diagnosis and no pushy salesmanship. I highly recommend Freezing Point Air Conditioning, LLC!!!

Please make sure that they put tarps down before working on AC. My installer had an accident with the welding tool and burnt a portion of the carpet. The employee was sincerely apologetic and the owner paid for my carpet repair so everything is fine. That was the only negative part of what was a great installation and service.

first company to respond, replaced a/c unit. and at first some wire was cut, anyway they returned and fixed it worked till 9pm, all the while the person i spoke to kept in touch with me. i was very very impressed, they need more than 5 stars. love them all

Good deal and great service

For the first appointment they came out right away free of charge to assess the situation with my central AC. Fixing the problem would have been a bigger amount of money and I didn't want financing so I told them I'd wait a few months to get it done. In the meantime I scheduled another appointment for a week later to have them change my thermostat. I got a bunch of txt messages and emails about the job with different people different times the same day. That day no one showed or called/cancelled/rescheduled. Called them, no answer, left a voicemail never got a call back. I find this unacceptable BUT at the end of the day they saved me $85 on changing that thermostat because I ended up installing it myself.

These guys are excellent. They are honest and ethical above all. This company came told me what I needed to get done to resolve my issue did not attempt to oversell me like the other companies did. Trustworthy, ethical, and great work. I couldn’t ask for anything more. I will definitely continue to use them.

AMAZING COMPANY. Rafael (the owner) and his team are honest, efficient, and (most of all) just flat out good people. I cannot speak more highly of this company. When Freezing Point arrived, it was discovered that our original replacement job turned out to be major work. We had just purchased the home and were devastated at the news. Rafael immediately came to the property after hearing my wife in tears over the news - bearing in mind his business is over an hour from where we live. He talked us through everything and was there every step of the way (AND he always answers his phone... WOW). This is a company you can trust and who values their customer satisfaction over anything. We are lifetime customers and recommend everyone reading this at least call for a quote and meet the people behind the magic - you will absolutely not be let down.

We hired Freezing Point AC to replace the outside unit, Clean the inside coils, and re insulation of AC pipes in the attic to stop the condensation drips on the ceiling. They at 1st we’re hesitant to do the attic work, they wanted to only do closet pipes, but after a 2nd request to place that part into the written estimate, they did that work too. -Price was good. Pay at job completion, nothing up front. -Speed, beyond fast (2 days from 1st call, estimate, to done) -Service very good. Easy to reach by phone, easy to talk to. We would use these guys again and highly recommend them.

I had noticed that the unit overflow tray was collecting water and some condensation on the ceiling. Very prompt response. They pressured me for a credit card before any work was done and they charged me $720 to replace an inexpensive bracket, new sensor and perform routine service, including cleaning the coils for a central AC air handler unit in the attic. When they arrived, they spilled a lot of water in the attic, tracked dirty shoes all over the floor, soaked the insulation, damaged the ceiling - water in the light fixture, etc. The ceiling drywall is water stained, new light fixture, new insulation (hundreds in damage). They promised to repair the ceiling but of course they never showed up. They promised to replace a sensor on the unit and never did that either, although I paid for it. I made several mistakes - over-relying on previous reviews on HomeAdvisor, not doing my homework well enough to know that what they charged me $720 for I could have gotten the same service done for 100-200 dollar range, and I paid them before the job was done. Do not repeat my mistakes. These guys are scam artists. They severely overcharged me, they did not do what they promised. I was having a medical procedure and really didn't have time to deal with it properly, and I'm retired, so I don't have extra money to be scammed out of. I will take appropriate actions to get some reimbursement and to get them to do the work that they invoiced, but please trust me - you DO NOT want to do business with these guys. Save yourself the headache and find someone else. I'm furious, but I'm taking the time to write this review for the benefit of others who use this site. I have photos and videos to back up this review, but I didn't see a way to post those. If you can contact me though, I'll be happy to share information.
