Lazaro Dominguez appear to be honest, very polite and professional. I believe that this company can be one of the TOP if they continue to present themselves like they did toward me and my husband. Lazaro is a very hard worker, family man. He really goes the extra mile to explain what you should do and gives you choices. Keep up the Excellent Work.

Rafael came out, explained what the variables were and what choices we had to make. He was clear, concerned for us and very knowledgeable. 18 hours later the crew showed up and they worked diligently until the project was completed. There were no surprises or hidden costs. I just wish other small businesses were as good as Freezing Point.

Freezing Point reached out immediately and kept me in the loop with everything that was going on with the unit. I was in NY while they were in the apartment in FL. I really appreciate all their help, quick response time, and quality service.

Lazaro and Ralph (I apologize if I got the 2nd name wrong) were very personable and professional, they saw I had a clean floor before they entered and put on the protectors that go over the shoes, this keeps me and especially my wife happy! It's hard to find professionals that are friendly and reliable that do quality work, but I was fortunate. They will be servicing my AC unit going forward. Thank you guys!

Overall good experience. Job was done quickly once company was hired. They were over 2 hours late showing up for our appointed estimate time however. It took me two or three phone calls and texts to make sure they were still coming.

The serviceman who initially called me following my request for service was actually the owner of the company. Couldn't have been nicer or more anxious to accommodate us ON A SUNDAY AFTERNOON. The installers (2) were pleasant, clean, and cleaned up as they worked. They arrived at 2:35 and work was complete by approx 5:45, in plenty of time for us to go to a date at 7 PM. I could not have been happier. The new unit keeps a very regular on/off cycle and maintains a regular temperature.

Rafael was very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and was very courteous, explaining all the details of my issue. Priced very fairly, would do business with again in a heartbeat.

Don't use this company! I had told him that my 85-year-old mother was there with no AC and I live in West Palm Beach and that as soon as the job is completed I will send them a check. They go there to waste all my mothers time and sit there and then tell me that they will not do the job unless I give them a credit card. I had told them that I was paying them by check now they have wasted my time and my mother is still without AC. Shame on this company for doing that to my old mother. What a terrible thing to do. Don't count on this company they will let you down. Find a different company to have your AC done. PS they can hardly speak English so don't count on understanding them. And their quote for cleaning my moms AC was really high.

The technicians showed up on time, they were polite and efficient and took the time to explain to me about my new thermostat. Also they have been very quick because I called friday morning and I had an appointment the next saturday morning
