Was out of town when my air went out in our Mother in law small house- texted with Rafeal over the phone after I received the quote. He said he could install the next day and I mentioned I needed the blue mold light replaced in my big house. He offered to replace that bulb for free to secure the sale. I checked around and while they were not the best price, with the quick service and the blue bulb I agreed . I paid through their app. They came the next day and sent a video stating the unit they now can get is bigger but assured me I could have a carpenter Re frame and Redbox the new unit in, but they would have to remove some drywall and framing. I agreed - when I called later that day my mother In law said they were there far into the night. I asked if they replaced the blue. I?ll - she said no and I asked her to check with the team . They spoke no English so they left.When I did get home I texted Rafael at least 4 times asking for him to call me since the bulb was never replaced and there was zero room to re-frame the unit. i also asked if they could cut the bolts that were 3 inches below that. I texted several times and even called letting them know to please contact me because this can be easily fixed before I sent in my review. NO response. It is apparently clear this firm will say anything to get the sale and once they have your money - you are dead to them. AVOID THESE PEOPLE

They were very good and honest. They told me what the problem was after the free inspection, gave me a price, and then fixed it.

By far the most honest Service company I have encountered. The service rep checked everything possible before making any recommendations and really helped us explore all our options. Wasn t pushy to make a sale but intentional in helping us

They came out and indeed fix the ac unit. However, they cleaned the coil added freon and for a next day everything was cooling perfectly. 2 days later it was back to not cooling so I called them back. Now the guy says oh now we know that there is a leak and someone will be there later tonight ( last night) NO CALL NO SHOW. Called this morning and I was told that a tech will be there and for several hours I was being told that the tech is on his way and again NO SHOW. I spoke to A/C tech and he said that once the tech came out there they were supposed to clean coils as they did BUT also check for a leak. Bottom line they were trying to nickel and dime me .... moving on.

Amazing service! They were prompt and were able to make a next day appointment. They completed the work on time and correctly. In addition the technician, Felix, took a look at my AC system and even did some preventative maintenance. I will absolutely be using Freezing Point AC for all of my AC service needs from now on.

Air conditioning problem and needed assistance ASAP. Prompt response and were there within 1 1/2 hours. Gave me reasonable estimate and we decided to go ahead with repair. This was on a Sunday and repair was completed within 2 hours. Very prompt, professional and excellent work.

Rafae came out, changed my capacitor and reasonably price for the value he brought within 1hr of making the call. The real deal.
