Got a call from them right away after submitting my request on Home advisor and it worked out for them to come within 15 minutes for a free evaluation and estimate! They diagnosed the problem of our ac leaking quickly and were able to fix the problem within the hour. Great service, very nice guys, and reasonable price especially since our issue was resolved so quickly. Will definitely call them again in the future if we need more ac help.

They destroyed our bathroom! Our air conditioner pan was full and needed to be drained. They spilled the water, duct taped our bathroom ceiling from having it fall through. The day after they left, the entire bathroom ceiling caved in. They charged us almost $800 and caused more damage then we even thought possible. Do not recommend. Stay away from this company.

1st day: left job incomplete; Dario didn t know what he was doing Initially paid $465.00 and not shown what was being replaced and Freezing Point declared, that job was completed ... A/C was not working so they had to return only to then figure out it s the motor... They wanted to return on Sunday but we (the family) concluded that it was in our best interest to look elsewhere (after the weekend) and they were told that verbally and via text.. Freezing Point still shows up even in our absence (trespassing) to repair A/C after declining their services and then calls me via telephone, we re here ... I would not keep my ailing mother in that hot house without A/C so I was not at home when they said, that job was completed ... No it s not; we re elsewhere....

They do a good job and they are efficient and punctual. They do come at the time they say they will come. Reliable!!

Needed emergency service. He called within 30 seconds of registering on Home Advisor. Very professional and explained what was going on with the unit. He s trying to save me money by checking if the motor of the AC is still under warranty.

The measure of a good company is not when everything goes well, it s how they respond when there are issues. Freezing Point went above and beyond to resolve the issues and made sure I was satisfied with the work that was done. They have earn my future business and I would highly recommend them to my closest friends.

I had problems with my drainage and they took care of everything within 24hrs Tried to flush the “old” one but unfortunately it had to be replaced. The guy who took care of it was a bit harsh at the beginning but “warmed up” during the repair and now everything works just fine!

they were very good and they tell you right off the bat whether or not that's a good thing or not they do not sugarcoat pricing in that sugar coat with the issue is they fix it and if it's more problem they'll tell you
