I called Freezing Point on Sunday late morning, and a repairman was at my home at 4:00pm the same day. Great service fro a Sunday!

they were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. took time to show me all the issues and answered questions. everything taken care of same day and that included removal and installation of a completely new unit (handler and compressor). Very happy with their prompt response to my needs and would certainly recommend them to anyone else.

They came within the estimated time of arrival. The quickly found the problem and completed the repair. The tech, Jonathon, showed me that the air handler coils needed cleaning which I agreed. The coils were clean and immediately the air handler was substantially quieter and had better air flow. Would recommend this a/c company.

Raphael was quick to phone me to get the job. A leaking Pancake AC unit., which he told me he had a slot of Experience with. His technician came out and cut up a lot of my ceiling to replace a new duct. When the technician was finished he laughed and within 40 minutes the leak reoccurred. I am mediately found Rafael on his personal cell phone and The call went immediately to voicemail I texted him he told me he calls me back I texted him again begging him to call me that I needed to talk to him. This went on back-and-forth for over three hours. I finally texted him that I felt he was avoiding me and that as a client, I do not appreciate being ignored. Because I refuse to do business with any professional who does not extend the common courtesy to me as their client to communicate with me and/ or return my phone calls, I texted him to cancel his tech for tomorrow bc if reasons I previously stated. Amazingly, after Rafael received that text he immediately texted me back begging me to give them a second chance etc. Therefore I would never use this company again nor would I refer them to a friend. Not only did it to his technician to fix the leak but Rafael caused me unnecessary anxiety which I do not appreciate.

I hired the company to repair a thumping noise in my air handler. Before the service my air was cooling my apartment. After the service my unit no longer cooled. They broke my air handler and I was forced to hire another company to repair the damage.

Prompt service. They came right away had my air conditioner running the same day that I requested service. I highly recommend this company.

They came when they said they would, turn around time was an hour and a half from when we called them which was remarkable and price was comparable to the company we have now who could not come same day. These guys could, and we are hoping we can get them as our new company! Highly recommend! Update 12/13/19-Since my original post we have used them several additional times to purchase new units and for other repairs and their pricing has been reasonable, work done efficiently, timely and always professional.

Although my air handler closet was too small for the size air handler I needed, they stayed with the project and found a way to make it fit. They had to come back, but they did and stayed until everything was to my satisfaction.
