I have had a service man check my non working AC. Very professional but he could only diagnose because on Sunday no work can be done in my building. I hired them to come back tomorrow to do the work

Rafael and Jonathon were great. They recommended the correct size of ac unit for my home. So I down sized with a more energy efficient unit. Great call, they were right. They are honest. Jonathan did a great job on the installation also fixing a leaking duct. Fixing and not replacing, highly recommended.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I had a property manager bring the worst possible A/C people to fix a motor. They then snuck back into the property to turn off the breakers for the compressor. Freezing Point found the problem, turned on the breaker and didn t charge me a dime! I am starting to look for a house to buy and they will be my first call. They texted me that they were coming, unlike the the other company who made me wait over 8 hours, only to find out he was waiting for benefits at the Social Security Office all day, without letting me know. Freezing Point came, he fixed the problem. He was polite and professional. Please, if you have a home, always use home advisor and if you have an A/C problem always use Freezing Point.

They were really friendly and really helpful. We have no idea what happened to our AC but they explained it well and were very professional.

They installed A/C unit. After they where supposed to sell the top and did not. Also wanted to charge $500 for the drywall and framing not completed. I felt this was high for the work as well.

My AC died on a Friday afternoon, they obtained hard to find parts and had me back running by Sat. afternoon Awesome customer service, excellent technician, thank you

Someone sitting behind a desk all-day commanding unprepared & technicians come to your house.

They were very professional & considerate. I needed help on a Sunday & they came out with no charge for coming. Kept me updated Frequently and arrived in time parameter they stated. The boss or owner was pleasant to deal when upon hearing my problem, The work done appeared to be professional and as of the moment( Monday pm) everything Appears to working ok. Mucho kudos!!!

Rafael responded to my quote request within minutes of me requesting it and was at my house within an hour. He was very direct about the problem and made an appointment at our earliest convenience. They answered all my questions and were very kind. Will recommend to any and everyone.
