They came found my problem gave a quote very reasonable price and fix my ac in timely manner , very happy.

Rafael talked himself out of a considerable chunk of business as he pointed out that my equipment was possibly still under warranty. He walked me through the whole thing and saved me over $2K. Who does that? Only a person with honor and integrity. He fixed and upgraded my other A/C as well. As soon as my warranty is up, and for any other work that is out of warranty, I'm calling Freezing Point.

Overpriced to clean air handler coils.

This company is first class in their efficiency and work methods which were outstanding. I obtained quotes from others ( one called Air Pros) that were double the price for same work . Rafael, kept in communications with me with no pressure just wanting to assist me while my HVAC fan motor and capacitor were bad. Dario was sent and he completed the job quickly and provided on the spot analysis of what happened and what he was repairing with total transparency. I recommended Freezing Point not only for their work but also for their honesty which is very hard to find.

Great customer service

They were prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. The only negative was that there was a language barrier between myself and the two techs that were sent to install the new AC.

Rafael, was very professional. Came on time. Explained what was wrong and completed the job in about 45 minutes. Well done.

They were quick to respond but did not like that they were trying to sell me on other work that my AC regular person that I know and trust said was fine. My regular guy was out of town. For the amount of work that was done it was overpriced.
