These guys are unbelievable. Messaged about a leaking a/c at 8a on Sunday morning. They not only responded but we're able to send Lazaro out by 10:30a for a basic tune-up and inspection. Less than an hour later, he was done! Everything about Lazaro was professional: he was smartly-dressed and cleanly-groomed (on a Sunday!!), very, very courteous and took the time to explain long-term issues (our unit is actually way overdue for replacement...I had been delaying the decision for a while). If this experience is the typical Freezing Point experience, then I highly, highly recommend them!

Freezing Point was responsive and prompt. They helped us assess our HVAC and installed a new AC system. They had to come back to fix one small issue but overall we had a positive experience.

The repair went well but had to deduct a couple of stars on the rating for a few reasons. 1. When they went to clean the air handler, they said it sprayed out. Not sure what they meant but some kind of gunk/dirt flew out all over the hallway, on the ceiling, on the walls, everywhere. 2. They took the unit to the backyard and were about to spray their Acid/cleaner over it in the middle of my lawn. Fortunately, they came to alert me right before starting and I told them not to ruin my lawn with acid and move it to the front of the house in the driveway. They still only moved it to my front lawn where I have rocks placed but they should have just moved it to the driveway like I originally asked since they were dealing with acid. 3. My most concerning part was a day later, I happened to be reviewing my security camera and saw that they came back the same day around 8pm (6 hours after they left) and they just walked into my backyard. I could not make out what they took on camera but I am assuming they left something of theirs in the backyard. It would have been nice if they called me or left a message ahead of time to let me know they needed to come back. Perhaps I could have made arrangements to be there or place their item on the porch. They took it upon themselves to just come back whenever they felt like it and just walk into my backyard unannounced. I would not have even known if I did not check the security camera. For future reference, maybe not trespass when your work has been completed and a simple courtesy call would have sufficed. All in all, they fixed the repair I needed. Seemed to be on pare with other competitive prices.

The company was respectful of time. On time for set appointments. Reps were professional and courteous. Also diagnosed the situation and provided a quick solution. Patient with me and my wife's questions as well. Will be doing business in the future as well as recommending.

Got right to the issue. Explained what needed to happen and worked with me. Men were punctual and honest. It wasn’t cheap but I had other contractors address the same ac issue and have spent more with others who didn’t resolve the issue correctly.

Very professional and knowledgeable service. AC was not cooling and they came out within 2 hours of a phone call and within the time period that was promised. They quickly found and repaired the problem. Reasonable pricing for the job. I would definitely call them again when needed.

Then the AC motor wouldn’t work, this amazing company has replaced it free of charge because they didn’t diagnose it with the original problem. They have gone above and beyond keeping me informed while also being so kind and straight forward. I will b recommending them to absolutely everyone I know! I’m so impressed with their customer service.
