Rafael-the service provider, called me within minutes of asking for a quote on-line. He was available to come out to my house the same day. He arrived on time, was professional, and assessed the problem. He removed the damaged Ac parts and explained what had occurred. He gave me a quote and I had the work done immediately. My service also included a guarantee on the part. The work was done within an hour at most and I was e-mailed my receipt/invoice immediately. In addition, he contacted me several hours later to confirm that the AC unit was working properly. I am very happy and I will use this company again if I need AC repairs done in the future.

My AC went out on Sunday around noon. We called and Rafael Lamboy was there in about 45 minutes. He gave me my options; and I chose to replace my central air unit, for two reasons. The first is, it is better to replace an old unit, than to risk further issues down the road. The second reason and probably the most important; even though it was a Sunday, Rafael gave me a great price and a discount! Not to mention, it was 96 degrees outside. After signing the contract, his guys were at my home in about an hour and I was cool and happy a little later that day. The crew was friendly and professional, not something that is the norm in South Florida. Not only did they replace my system; but identified other issues, which they also fixed, that made the efficiency of my AC work at a capacity, that I have never seen. Prior to replacement, my AC never shut off during the day (in summer) and never got cooler than 79 degrees. I am now enjoying 75 degrees (my wife complains that it is too cold) and my AC no longer runs more than 20 minutes at a time. I can't wait to see the savings on my electric bill.
