Our need was very urgent. Bryan Valdez and his team were very efficient in quickly organizing the job and getting it done the same day we contacted. We are very happy about the result. However, the job cost was extremely high, we had to go ahead due to our emergency. If we had time we woıuld have preferred to look for alternative quotations.

Fixed my issue

The plumber was so courteous and explained what he was doing. Also made sure I was happy with install and did not leave until he was sure my dishwasher was working as expected. Highly recommend

Great communicator. Fixed must of the issues and did a great job. No complaints, but the main problem with the bidet still unresolved. Not able to use it.

Plumber price appears to be arbitrary. No fix fee for individual service

Carlos rules!

This company is totally unreliable, unprofessional, and dishonest. Their technician, Bryan V, was not knowledgeable enough to do the job. After four days working on the installation of the gas tankless water heater, the brand-new unit did not work. Bryan called his office and was told to leave the project. When we asked him why, he indicated that his manager told him he was not supposed to install the exhaust pipe that he had already installed. we reached out to their office and after several calls one of the managers told us flat out, they were not coming back. All this after we had already paid them in full. We had to hire another company to fix what they messed up. After all this ordeal, we were a total of 53 days without hot water and ended up having to purchase a new water heater, since they one they installed was not fixable.

Our particular plumber was excellent.

Well all I can say is that I was full of despair and lost all hope - and then Bryan Valdes showed up - and all was right with the world (or at least all my pipes). Bryan and his helper (Kevin) went up on the roof and basically cleared all my clogs, and then used the Jetter to clear up my older pipes. He was very knowledgeable and told me what he was doing every step of the way. Cleaned up after himself too! Thank you again Bryan!

Mr. Jose Ortiz came to my house and installed two tankless water heaters. It was very excellent and his job very professional, very respectful, put in the whole day and put in the whole day. Did a very good job in a very appreciated.
