Do Not hire this mis-management company. If all you need them to do is collect rent, they can do that. If you are changing tenants, do not let them handle transitions for you..awful!

Betsy really came through.  We had no contacts in the area and needed someone trustworthy to handle issues with my uncle's home in Coral Gables.  Betsy engaged immediately, solved problems creatively, always thinking ahead to the end result/next step.  She is professional, timely, accessible and does a great job.  She has provided us with multiple choices whenever there were options, advised and been a trusted agent.

They are an exceptionally great company, and I wouldn't mind recommending them at all. I have been using their services for more than a year now. They charge me 10%. All I have to do, is go to the bank and collect my money. They do everything. They are so well rounded. They take care of my property, they inspect it once a month to make sure that my tenants are maintaining it. It is not a property management company that they get paid and do nothing. I have used so many  in the past, but CIM have saved me money by going in, and seeing that some of my tenants are actually destroying my plumbing once they are starting to leave. I didn't have to wait 12 months to find out that my unit was getting destroyed, two months into it, I noticed that the bathroom was getting destroyed, and they would terminate the lease, and save me so much money financially because of that. I have dealt with a lot of property management companies, and I use her because she sends someone to inspect the property, she collects the rents, and I have one property which is within a community, so she makes sure it is well maintained so I don't have a problem with the community association. Overall it is a great property management company, and I would definitely recommend them. The service is fabulous, and she is great. I think her price is fair compared to other property management companies, others are at 15%-20%. I wish I would have found her sooner. She takes care of them like they are own. I have found out from some of my tenants that the actual owner of the company is sometimes out there inspecting the unit, and not just sending individual employees. She is responsive, I can't go 6 hours without her responding to an email, or 30 minutes before she responds to a voice mail. She is one of the most professional people I have ever dealt with.

I hired CIM Property Management to manage my investment properties in Miami when I moved out of state last year. It was the best investment I made! Every month I receive my payment on a timely manner and she is so great at negotiating with vendors during times of repair. She always saves me money!! Her prices are reasonable and worth every penny. She is always fast when it comes to renting the unit and does not charge an additional fee for renting the home. 

I was really surprised at the level of service this company provides. I thought it would be a headache to have an investment property, but once I hired this company they took care of everything and made my investment so much easier.
