Leonel conducted himself professionally and informed me of the diagnosis, gave me prices and reasonable advise. He arrived late in the day and stayed until 2:00 am to help me resolve my problem. Definitely recommend his services.

Weâ ve used ARS for years. Customer Service and all the technicians are courteous, kind and knowledgeable. Noel B helped us with a clogged drain today and he was terrific. He also installed an ultraviolet light to reduce mold growth in the unit. He was extremely efficient and tidy. I strongly recommend getting their maintenance package it pays for itself and you get same day service. Very fair pricing.

All businesses have cons and pros, but the customer service and maintenance has never failedâ ¦ I recently have an issue with my Smart Thermostat malfunctioning and Thanks for Jenny and her Manager Allan that have followed my request and Allan has professionally explain the problem I haveâ ¦ He has come to the decision to change my thermostat charge me for labor due to the Warranty I have and perform my 2 annual maintenance check-upâ ¦ Thanks again for the professional way of handling my problem.. and great customer relations which keeps us customers coming back for your products and serviceâ ¦
