The two tech that installed my A. C. Was Noel Borges and Jose. They were very professional, informative and friendly. Another 2 tech, that installed the water heater was Joseph and Guillermo. They were all excellent gentlemen. Please let them know about this recognition. Thank you.

My experience with this company was unbelievably excellent and I am very hard to please as a customer. I met with Chris the sales representative at 10am on Saturday and ARS was installing my AC unit (this was a complete new installation had a wall unit) at 2pm that same day. Gilberto and his assistant were very professional and courteous. My installation was completed on Monday pending the electrician who completed the job today. Believe me, I will be recommending this company to others!!!!

My sales rep Lilian and installer Fernando provided exceptional services. From the moment I called ARS for an initial consultation they were at my house within 30 minutes then once I accepted the quote the installer was then at my house within 45 minutes already installing. I also called for a second quote from All Year Cooling at the same time I called ARS. By the time All Year Cooling called me back for an initial consultation, it was 4 hours later and ARS was nearly done installing my new unit. Thank you ARS for responding as quickly as you did in our time of need.

Very courteous and professionalism. They were willing to satisfy the customer on every step of the way . They perform the way I expected to perform and gave good ideas how to proceed with the job like right AC tonnage using the computer model , duct inspaction etc. I did not gave the company straight 5 due to being late ( transportation issue ) and also some parts were not available and they are a little over the expensive side . They return the next day to complete the job . Overall it was a great performance , I would recommended again
