I called early this morning and they came same day. Both gentlemen who came were extremely friendly off the bat, were clean in handling any leaking from my washer and knew exactly my issue. They told me what it was too and advised me on how to next avoid the problem. Extremely polite and will absolutely use them again/recommend to a friend.

Lazaro came in a hour, he ordered the part and fixed our refrigerator in a day! Great guy, very profesional. I will call him next time for any future appliance problem.

Technician quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the icemaker on the same visit. He also took the time to explain what was wrong and gave us tips on how to extend the life of the refrigerator

Explained problem to Lorenzo over the phone and his answer surprised me! He said " I'm going to save you a lot of money. It's not worth repairing". He further explained that the drum bearings had broken; between replacement parts and labor the cost would exceed half the price of the unit. Wow talk about being HONEST! Will call again for future repairs on other appliances.

Amazing- Our unit was not working at all. I called Lazaro and he walked me through some trouble-shooting to correct the problem. He fixed it over the phone within a few minutes. That's what I call a professional. He did not charge a penny but knows that he has a customer for life! Well done !!

I was able to have a tech in my house the next day. He figured out the problem but didn't have the part. I was told they'd be back no later than the following morning because he had other jobs that day and had to go to north Miami to buy the parts needed to repair my dryer. I received a call 3 hours after my appointment to see if someone would be home because he'd already picked up the parts. They will be my go to company for any future large appliance repairs. Awesome service and work!!!!

My experience with Appliance Tech Services was wonderful! Lazaro was able to make it to my home the same day I called, and he fixed my dishwasher quickly and efficiently. He even took the time to clean around the dishwasher after he re-installed it for us. Throughout the process, Lazaro was professional and courteous, and charged what I believe to be a very fair price for the repair. I will definitely call him again for my future appliance repair needs. I highly recommend this company!

Had a problem with my washing machine. I was lucky to find Appliance Tech Services. They quickly and efficiently solved the problem. Juan, the person who did the repair was very profesional and friendly. 100% recommended.

I had just rented out my condo the day before, and my tenant called me Friday morning to tell me that she had tried to wash clothes and that the tub wasn't spinning, she smelled a burning odor, and found water on the floor. I immediately went on Angie's List with the hope of finding a highly-rated repair firm that would be able to look at the washer that day. Appliance Tech Services had numerous outstanding reviews so I called them first and Lazaro answered the phone. He said that he was going to be in the neighborhood of where my condo is located later that morning, and that he would call me 20 minutes before he was to arrive. As promised, I received that phone call a couple of hours later and met Lazaro and his assistant in the lobby. Once inside the condo, Lazaro and his assistant began to work on the washer and shortly thereafter diagnosed the problem: The tenant had overloaded the washer, resulting in a pillow sham getting caught and the pump to stop working. They drained the tub, removed the pillow sham from underneath the machine, and then replaced the warped belt drive. The total cost was $180 for labor + $45 for parts, minus $10 for an Angie's List discount. I was extremely happy with my experience with Appliance Tech Services from my initial phone call with Lazaro until the completion of the repair several hours later. I can not recommend them highly enough and will definitely call upon them again when necessary.

Me refrigerator stopped working. I called Lazaro and 3 hours latter Jose was knocking at my door. Immediately he went into business and found a bad compressor relay that he promptly replaced. Although I lost lot of food (apparently the fridge stopped working a couple of days earlier before I noticed) I was able to get appliance working again really fast. I got a three months warranty on this repair.

It went so much better than I ever would have expected. I called them on Thursday morning and by Friday afternoon they were replacing the keypad for the ovens. They found the part and delivered as promised.

Lazaro is hardworking, punctual, knowledgeable, and to the point. He came the day after I called him and knows what's he's doing. I had previously called another service company who billed me and failed to identify and fix what was wrong with my dryer. I thought I'd have to buy a new washer and dryer (since it's a tower) and was almost about to give up when I decided to call Lazaro. A motor had to be changed. He got it for me the next day and everything cost less than $200!

Lazaro was fantastic. He was courteous, punctual, and professional. He honored the Angie's List coupon and helped me out a little bit more on the price. I was very pleased and am actually using him again on another job.

Very friendly and professional. Visited us less than 24 hours after I called. Also took a quick look at my dryer (told me there was no need to do anything to it, wow) and fridge, gave me a rough estimate for the freezer ice maker.

They charged us less than half of what another provider was going to charge, they saved us hundreds over a non angie's list technician. He was very polite and cordial. He made a special trip after he heard that we had been without refrigeration for a couple of days. He was very friendly.

Called Mr. Lazaro Polanco the day before and explained over the phone problem with oven. He recognized what was wrong right away. We made an appointment for the next day and he arrived right on time. He got right to work and discovered the relay for the convection oven was defective. He then enquired about part replacement, and because the oven is an older model, parts are no longer available. That was disappointing because we love using the convection oven, however, the microwave still worked. So Mr. Polanco disconnected the convection part of the oven and we have been using the microwave as before. I really appreciate the fact that he recognized replacing this unit will be complicated. It is built in, granite backsplash goes from countertop to underside of cabinets and it appears same type of micro/convection ovens are now bigger height wise. Another repair service might of come in and said forget it, old appliance, just get a new one and then charged for the service call!?! So we really appreciate his help in having a little more time with this appliance, until we can figure out best way to replace it.

Because I was able to describe the problem and give him the model number, he arrived having already bought the needed replacement part. Very speedy, very professional. And a polite and pleasant crew.

I was disappointed that the washer couldn't be fixed, but thankful that the repair service was honest and not trying to sell me something.

Charged $135 for dryer repair, quoted washer repair part at double the price I can purchase online and recommended $1200 overhaul of the fridge coolant system without even looking to identify if/where a leak was occurring. At the end of the day he was very nice but didn't get the great value and cost savings other reviewers experienced.

I called Lazaro in the afternoon and a few hours later he came to fix the problem. My Kenmore side by side fridge (about 8 yrs old) was not cooling properly and the ice maker wasnt working at all. Lazaro diagnosed the problems within the first 5 minutes gave me a fair price and immediately got to work. Turns out it was a simple enough fix but the ice maker was dead; it did have to be replaced. Luckily, Lazaro had one in his car. He also took a look at my dishwasher and told me what I could do to fix it. I appreciate his honesty & responsiveness.

It went great! Lazaro took the info over the phone and ordered the light receptacle and came out to install it. He had to pull the stove out - sits in the counter - and also removed the other light bulb that broke off at the stem of the bulb.
