ALDO IS ALLIGATOR POOLS. what a wonderful experience it was to have our pool completely renovated by this company. Aldo, the manager of the work site was incredible. I have had very bad experiences in Miami with other companies. However, Aldo made this experience an incredibly pleasant one. He was punctual, courteous and very helpful. He answered all of our questions and he made sure that everything was picked up and neatly after each days work was completed . He was there every day to make sure the workers did an excellent job and I can not say enough about him. That is why I say Aldo is Alligator Pools. I recommend this company to anyone who wants a job well done, professionally and efficiently.

Alligator Pools is in an elite class of S. Florida contractors that start when they said they would and finished on time! Pool resurfacing, tile and coping all look great. They cleaned up very well. Special recognition to Martha in customer service. She always answered the phone and emails promptly. They have very good online quote, contract and payment service.

I hired this company over one year ago when my pool was refinished. Alan recommended that I install a salt system as it is easier to maintain. I agreed to purchase and install the system from them. Additionally, I selected their top maintenance program at $135.00 a month. The pool man arrived every Friday and would pour chlorine into the pool and would be back in his truck in 5 minutes on average.(my wife would time him).. The plan included tile cleaning, vacuuming, and filter cleaning. None of these things were ever done. Recently I lowered the plan to basic maintenance at $90.00 per month, and the service was the same. No salt was added each week despite the red light flashing that salt was required. When asked why he was not adding salt, he stated you want salt, I bring some next week. I called today to cancel my service and they showed no concern. As I read the other reviews, I would imagine they have another employee servicing their pool..

Very reliable, good price, nice work. Kept us informed throughout the project. The pool resurfacing looks beautiful. I wanted to keep my old tile and they were able to do that. Nice follow-up, they came back and checked the pool several times to be sure the chemicals were balanced. Would definitely recommend Alligator Pools.

We contacted several companies to obtain a quote reference refinishing my pool. Allen from Alligator Pools gave the best presentation. Allen stated what was going to be done an each stage of the project. Upon reviewing all the options we decided to hire Alligator Pools to preform the job. Work stated as promised, the crew was professional and proficient. Allen has responded several times as promised to ensure that the pool is properly chemically balanced. Overall very satisfied with the performance and have already recommended him to family member for their pool project.

We have had Alligator Pools for several years but lately their service has been really poor. I reached out to Alan several times regarding an issue we were having and never got a return call. Finally got him to respond weeks later when the problem continued and his response was basically, "Maybe we should part ways." No attempt to resolve the situation and no responsibility taken for his company or his employee who did not follow through on what he said he would do. Very dissatisfied with this company's customer service after being a loyal customer for many years. I would shop somewhere else if I were you. It's not like there is a shortage of pool cleaning companies in Miami.

A little weak on the communications; I always had to call them for status of the project and to find out what the next step was and when it would happen. Overall, very satisfied with the quality of work. The crew was very good and easy to work with. Post job clean-up was excellent. Also did not take any payment until job was completed. I highly recommend Alligator Pool Services.

Alligator Pool Services never left you in the dark - they always did what they said they would. Great to work with.

He was super personable, and the job (pool and spa re-lining) came out smooth, and the work was started and finished BEFORE promised. Having said that, you need to caution his crew not to rinse equipment on your lawn; they left several concrete patches that I had to break up to allow the lawn to return. They also were not knowledgeable about spa jet R & R...his new drain allowed such improved flow that my old jets needed to be replaced; and that required another service contractor. I also had my heart set on a dark color; he convinced me to go with a lighter shade, and I regret that choice. I also had a new, pricy lighting system put in.

Always showed up when expected, did a complete inspection to determine necessary actions, and most of all they did an excellent job. Also did not take any payment until job was completed. I highly recommend Alligator Pool Services

Alan is fantastic!

Mr Hayes did a great job! He showed up when he said he would. He gave us a very accurate estimate and recommended ways for us to save on some of the work we needed done. He finished on time and on budget. We will definately use him again if we need anything done.

Fair price. Project - resuface pool. Work performance was neat and organized. You pay 100% upon completion. Was very satisfied.

Excellent! I was sure I was in for a huge job, costing a lot of money. Alan fixed it in a short period of time and was very reasonable. Explained verything up front...highly recommend him!
