DO NOT USE, FULL BLOWN SCAMMER: Extremely dissatisfied. After Peters Plumbing spent over 1 hr at my home the work he was hired to was not done. He tried to badger me into buying a new toilet and scammed me into paying for work which did not solve the issue. He did not inform me I could pay using the Angi app, but instead requested I give him a check. After his visit I had to call another plumber (Roto-Rooter) who cleared the clogged drain and replaced a piece in the toilet tank, which stopped the leaking, this plumber told me I did not need a new toilet and the clog was at the base of the drain pipe, a place Peters plumber didn t even bother to look. Peters plumbing ate liars and scammer, taking advantage of your customers without thinking of the financial harm he is causing. In addition, Peters Plumbing also uses three different business names (Peters Plumbing, Arial Gonzales, and Prosperum Investment Group) I want a full refund of $225.00 returned using Zelle otherwise I will make this post public to each website listed in this post as well as the better business bureau.

I hired Peter’s Plumbing Inc. in November 2023 to install a 40-gallon natural gas water heater at my home in Lake Worth, FL. The job cost me $2,500 for a basic Home Depot unit, and I later discovered that their work was not up to code, missing key safety components, and set up to fail. ⚠️ Major Problems with Their Work: Faulty installation – The system failed way earlier than expected because of their improper work. They lied about pulling permits – They claimed the job was permitted, but no permit was ever issued. They overcharge for poor service – $2,500 for a basic water heater install is outrageous. 💰 What Happened Next? By February 2025, my water heater was already failing. I called them back, expecting them to fix their mistakes. Instead, they replaced the wrong part and charged me another $500 for an unnecessary valve replacement—while ignoring the real issue they caused in the first place. When I confronted their manager, Angel, he stood by their terrible work and refused to acknowledge their mistakes. They take no responsibility for their actions. Final Verdict: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Peter’s Plumbing Inc. overcharges, performs subpar work, and preys on customers in need of urgent repairs. If you’re considering hiring them, RUN in the opposite direction. 📸 I’ve attached photos of their work so you can see for yourself. 🚨 Save yourself the stress and find a reputable plumber instead. 🚨

Awful. Borderline scam. They insisted on paying a 25% down payment, and promised to show up next morning. Nobody showed up, nobody even called. After me calling their office, I found out I wasn't even scheduled for that morning. Upon asking for a refund ,I was told it needs 3-5 days approval. I filed for a charge back. I strongly recommend avoiding this business.

This plumber came out to give me an estimate to remove 2 existing vessel sinks and faucets, and install 2 new vessel sinks and faucets in the same place. Pretty straight forward, he quoted me $3,750.00 for a few hours work. I told him that was absurd, it's a simple straight forward job, and he told me maybe I should do it myself. Bye Bye!

Let me first start with THEY ARE NOT NUMBER ONE IN SOUTH Florida!!! It's been a huge nightmare!!! We hard them to unclog sink on 6/20/2023 same issues kept arising. We paid for a jetter service and a bunch of other stuff! What came out the field manager mouth was let me write you an invoice!! Now 6 months later in December we had to call them out here again for the same exact issue!!! Darren shows up and 2 other techs, they use a auger to clear the line but couldn't! Well they said they couldn't unclog with auger and now the field manager comes out shoves the camera down and now he tells us that it has collapsed yhe cast iron pipe has collapsed and that we have to dig thru our house 10ft from sink! Yes DIG!! Darren again says let me write you an invoice for 2500 to dig and fix the collapsed pipe! We was furious. We didn't sign that invoice! When the left a few days later I decided to hire a different plumbing service. So I called JCN PLUMBING a family owned. They first tell me they can run a camera down and clear the clog for 543! He also said if they can't clear it we don't have to pay the $543! So we agreed! Now here's the messed up part!!! They first tell me I have pvc pipes and NOT cast iron! Then he puts the camera after he ran his auger down and CLEARED THE CLOG!!!! SOMETHING that peters plumbing couldn't do or they knew what they was doing and just kept writing invoiced and collect as much as they can! PETERS PLUMBING DOES NOT CARE!!!! Jcn plumbing after he looked down the pvc pipe with the camera he tells us we have to get the pipes jetted! Now I'm furious because PETERS PLUMBING said they did it in 6/20/2023!!! They charged us a total of 3,000 dollars and didn't do the jetting service we paid 1000 for! Peters plumbing just wanted to keep collecting money! Now I speak to Michael the general manager I explain to him everything now that is going on! I had asked him for the 543.00 that we had to pay JCN PLUMBING, that found our peters plumbing was SCAMMING US!!!! MICHAEL says he can't refund the 543! But give us a credit on future work!!! NOW AFTER ALL THIS MICHAEL REALLY THINKS WE ARE GOING TO USE THEM AGAIN!?!?!! I filed a report on BBB and I hope this helps someone NOT to use peters plumbing! They are over priced and dont do what you pay them to do!!!! On January 8th Michael said he was going to shove the camera himself on Monday January 8th 2024 since he was on vacation for holidays! Well guess what??? THE GENERAL MANAGER NEVER SHOWED UP!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM PETERS PLUMBING!!!!! Hire JCN PLUMBING a family owned business!!!

they gave me a quote, took a deposit, were unable to do the work, refused to return my deposit..

It was a lie because someone fixed the toilet. The work was good. Too little repairs was over 900 dollars. It was ridiculous. The other toilet had a problem and they fixed it correctly. They have abusive charges.

They didn't do the job properly I spend a lot of call for this company but I'm not getting about them. I told them that there was a leak we sent them a video but they keep on telling that there is no leak. So I hired another company to fixed what they screwed up.
