My AC went out for good yesterday, Brian was the repairman that came and he was great.  I knew from my last 3 repairs that my system was ready to go so I was ready to buy a new one.  What shocked me was that Tommy the owner came right away and answered all my questions about which system and how to get a rebate; then they installed it the next morning and now my house is cooler than ever.   I love that they did not send a Salesman; Tommy was very patient with all my questions and did not make me feel pressured.

It went perfectly. I've used them for about 15 years. As a matter of fact, they were over responsive. He was going to come out the very next day and I didn't want it done until the following Tuesday, which was yesterday. There was not a problem. Everything was arranged exactly like I wanted. They came out at 8 o' clock in the morning and they wrapped up at about 1 o' clock in the afternoon. I guarantee that I'll use him again. I have rental property and obviously, he takes of that also.

Tommy was very pleasant and personable to work with. He answered all my questions, gave me options and recommendations, and then provided an estimate. I compared to two other professional estimates and his offered the best price and the best value. His team came out the very next week and installed two AC units, a 2 ton and a 4 ton unit (both inside inside and outside), rerouted some supply and returns, and installed new high efficiency filters. I am pleased with the hardware and his service and would recommend without hesitation.

I called Tommy Ryder the morning of August 19, 2013 for an estimate for a split unit. Tommy came out that afternoon and gave me a verbal estimate. That evening I received a written estimate via email. On Wednesday, August 21, 2013, Mark arrived to remove the old unit, fill in the hole, patch the drywall and patch the stucco on the outside wall. Mark did an excellent job. Tuesday, August 27, 2013, Tommy and Mark arrived to install the split. The install was completed in a few hours. Tommy is a seasoned professional. I would not hesitate recommending Tommy Ryder.

I was very pleased with this companies responsiveness and professionalism. They came over the same day I called although they were not able to fix it immediately they did set an appointment and were on time at that time.  They gave me an estimate and came in at that price.
This work was for a rental property and I will definitely call again if I need for any of my properties.

It went well, he was here about two hours, showed me what he was doing, after pulling out coil he showed me the build up of dirt. Cleaned it and put it all together. Very neat , clean and on time.
