they arrived on time. they diagnosed the prolem and finished sooner than we expected.

I specifically requested a Rheem, as I had been using a Ruud (Rheem) and was very happy with the product. The Rheem has a 12 year warrantee. Instead they kept the one they brought with them in the box on the truck, until they had removed mine. They installed a very low end hot water heater that has a 6 year warrantee, with no variance in the price. They also sent someone to look at my washing machine, which was leaking. He told me the part was $175.00. I told him just leave, then ordered the part on-line for $35.00, and replaced it myself. They also created a water leak under my utility sink, by loosening a nut on a spigot, which previously was tightened down. These guys are good, at finding and creating ways to rip off the customer. I am not happy, and will never recommend them to anyone. Thanks for letting me air my gripes.

Our service man Craig was very knowledgeable and friendly and willing to take care of all issues. He had to return to fix a problem and did so promptly and cheerfully. I would definitely use them again if necessary.

The plumber, Roy, contacted me when he was on his way to my home, was able to complete the repairs in a few minutes after his arrival. He complained to me that someone borrowed his pipe-cutting tool, that the one that he had was dull. He was able to cut off the leaking elbow and install a new one. He applied a liberal amount of glue so that the new elbow would never leak. His cleanup was so-so, but I cleaned the drip of glue on the garage wall. He offered to clean the water off the floor, but I did it as I had a mop at the ready. Roy was polite and agreeable.

Dude was all that --- took his time -- explained how my appliance worked -- easily worth the cost of the call for the piece of mind he provided. Didn't trry to sell me something i didn't need -- will defineately call Roman for all of my electrical issues in the future -- as good as he was with my oven -- Roman apparently are A/C specialists.

They came in and had the job done in a reasonable time and was very afforable, especially on a weekend emergency.

The tech showed up exactly on time, and was very neat. He worked quickly and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Hi. Eight days ago Roman plumbing replaced my washer hot/cold water shutoff valves, two kitchen angle valves under the sink, and the faucet for my backyard garden hose. All valves/faucets were 20-years-old and corroded, leaking, or stuck/frozen. Roman plumbing performed the work quickly, professionally, and at very competitive prices with a very competitive warranty. There are no issues or leaks with their work.

The service was on time, great customer service, great work. I will call them for any work I need in the future. I would recommend them.

These guys were great. Customer friendly, very professional about there position. They were punctual also, in fact a 1/2 hour early. My wife was very pleased with their assistant. They called me immediately after I just finished my questions online. Their price were excellent. I was very blessed to have them helping my family out.
