Came to the house within 15 min (as promise on the phone) even when it was on a Friday night. They fixed the pluming problem and charged regular rate. We are very please with the results and will call them again for any pluming problem.

I had a leaky exterior faucet that has been leaking (unknowingly) for awhile and recently showed up on my water bill. I emailed my request and got an instant phone call from Roman Plumbing. They had a tech in the area and may he come over? This had become an emergency so I said absolutely. He was aware that this was an older home so he was careful in addressing the original faucet/pipe fittings and replaced them in a timely, professional manner. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I'll definitely give them a call again should I need anything else!

Very bad install. ac not properly grounded, shutoff valve cheap. No followup after install.

Very good work. Even though the job went longer than they had expected, they still stuck to the original quoted price, which was great for what was done. They showed up on time and completed the jobs as requested with little or no mess. The difficult job of cutting into the pipes to make the new connections for a sink and a washing machine was completed very quickly, and the water heater install looks great. Because of the locations of the jobs, they did not have to look perfect when done, but if you want everything to look "finished" when they are complete, make sure you let them know ahead of time, so they can plan it in.

They were very courteous, freindly and did a great job with everything. We are very pleased with the work done and would definetly use them in the future and/or recommend them to anyone we knew.

They do excellent work and were very polite. They also answered all my questions and their price was reasonable. They also were very careful not to get any spots on my newly cleaned carpet.
