I did have three plumbers give estimates, they stood out with finding the copper pipes had eroded in the wall. No one else found that. No they did not "find more work that was unnecessary" but this is a blessing due to the pipe was about flood my walls and floors. THANK YOU AL AND CRAIG!!!

Within an hour after getting the reference from Service Magic, the plumber was at my door. He opened the wall, fixed the leak, cleaned up and charged a Very Reasonable rate for his services. What a wonderful experience!

They arrived about 20 minutes late. Did the job quickly, replaced the shut off valves but not the flanges? that were all rusty and nasty looking too. So new valves surrounded by gross covers. The only thing I could do after the fact was tear off the old ones and put cheap plastic ones on that had a split so I could get them on.

The removal and re-installation went as promised, but when I inspected the job after their departure, I noticed a VERY obvious leak that they had to return and repair. Typical workmanship of these days? C'mon Man!
