Prompt and courteous

Problem with shower and after installing a new mixer valve the problem then became worse. It now drips pretty heavy for 10-30 seconds within 2 minutes of turning shower off.

10 year old Ruud gas heater started leaking. Figured I'd do the swap myself with the disadvantage of losing out on the rebate and the warranty. Researching what the big box retailers actually charge besides their "basic installation costs" just reaffirmed doing it myself. Then I stumbled on Home Advisor. As I was toying with getting plumber quotes I filled out the options and found Roman Plumbing. This was 9 pm. Within a few miinutes I was talking to Anne who was able to answer all of my questions and then I realized factoring in the rebate,this route was less for the same unit, plus I would have a warranty. Anne even emailed the invoice!
