Our sliding glass doors were extremely hard to open and close. My husband called the company in the morning. And two men were here by the afternoon on the same day! Very pleased with the service we received!

Spoke to Michelle on approximately 6/14/11. I didn't shop around for this one, but instead based my choice on the reputation provided by Angies List. Michelle gave me a time and date for 6/21/11 between 8am - 9am. I asked her to have the workmen call me 1/2 before they arrived. I also told her that I was an early riser so that it was ok to call or come early. On 6/20 I received a confirmation call for the next day. On the morning of 6/21 Abraham called me at about 7:15am and asked if it was ok to come early and I was very happy to have them start early. Abraham quickly evaluated the two doors that needed fixing, and decided that the upstairs door could be repaired by only replacing the rollers and cleaning the track. He said the track was old but was in good shape so didn't need replacing. (which would have been much more expensive!) He evaluated that the downstairs door - which had been installed by a handyman long after the house was built - would not be able to be repaired. He said he would clean the track really well, but that the only way to fix it would be to replace it. (I did not feel any pressure to have him or anyone else install a new door for me, he was only making a sincere evaluation) Abraham and his assistant repaired the upstairs door and I was very pleased with the results. In addition, he took time to instruct me on some basic maintenance to keep my door rolling smoothly for years to come. Very postitive experience!

The service was great! The technician arrived as promised and replaced the broken single rollers with double rollers, cleaned and waxed the track and adjusted the door so that it closes and locks with almost no effort. There was no attempt to talk me into work I didn't need, and the price was lower than other quotes i received.

This company is awesome!!! Came the same day we called, worked around our schedule at the estimated price and exceeded the work they quoted. I can can now open my sliding glass door with just one finger. . . Only problem now is I don't know what I'm going to with all elephants I've been using to open my sliding glass door before they fixed it. Travis and Abraham are the greatest guys ever! True professionals and genuine people. No salesmen. Just honest guys. Highly recommended. ******UPDATE****** It is now July 28th, 2014 and my sliding glass door works just as well as it did 3 years ago. I am updating my review because I had out-of-town house guests for the weekend and all of them complimented how easy the door was to open and how secure the deadbolt lock was. I simply don't know how SDRR is going to stay in business with such quality work! ;-)

My door was sticking so badly , it was a work-out just to open it . I realise it was my fault for not doing regular maintainance . Abraham and Travis came to my home as requested at the time they were supposed to . They were very polite , professional and friendly whilst doing their work . They assessed the problem and spent nearly 2 hours in rectifying the problem . Replaced rollers in the door and then attached a new stainless steel overlay track. They advised me on the lubricant to use in the future and supplied me with a canister of lubricant at no charge . The results of their work was amazing , it slides like brand new . I would use their services again , knowing they do the job properly .

We found the company on Angie's list, called them, they came and performed as expected. It was a pleasant customer service experience.

He was a perfectionist and very thorough. The sliding doors probably work better than when they were new. I would use him again in the future.

The results were like magic. The door slides like it is brand new and I now feel like the door could never be broken in to without braking the glass. I am very happy with the work. They were quick and curtious. I recommend them and recommend that if you have sliding glass doors you have them install this locking device. It's the best one I have ever seen for such a low price.

Michelle took my call on Monday and Abraham and Travis came out on Thursday, the first day I had available. Abraham examined the doors and explained the problem and offered suggestions and options for the doors. The cleaning was thorough, the work professional, and when they were done the doors worked easily and silently. There was no charge for the screen door work as it was included with the glass door work. I wouldn't hesitate to call again if I needed their services.

Michele called and set up an app't right away and in fact, they ended up coming two days sooner. Two men came and did an excellent job and really cleaned up after themselves too. Even though they don't do screen doors, they fixed mine so it would slide again. On my sliders, they replaced my single wheels with double ones and they slide like grease now- wonderful. They also put a new lock on the sliders which I really love plus a pin in the slider that doesn't move so that can't be broken into. They cleaned up the track and lubricated it top and bottom plus gave me a free can of the lubricant. Very satisfied with what they did and highly recommend them.

Michelle was great! She was very responsibe and had the crew out the same day I called. They worked tirelessly and carefully not to damage the door's frames and made sure the doors fit perfectly before leaving. I had struggled for months with those doors, I should have done this long ago. I would highly recommend them on both cost and professionalism.

I called and was scheduled for same day service! Abraham and an assistant came at 6:15 pm and were finished by 7:00 pm. Very glad I hadn't tried doing the work myself - it's heavy and dirty work! They removed old, rusted wheels, and put in new wheels. Also cleaned the track. The fee was $125.00, and I also bought a can of Alumiwax for $8.00. I'd definitely use the company again. Very good experience!

The service technician was very helpful and courteous and had an apprentice with him. He was very client-centric, making suggestions to keep costs down, as oppposed to just changing all of the rollers on all of the doors, as perhaps other companies might. On two of the sets of doors, a good cleaing of the track and wax lube was all that was needed to make them slide well. On the other two sets of doors, the rollers were replaced and the door slide perfectly now. Both workers were festideously neat and diligent to make certain that the patio furniture was placed back in it's orioginal position and that all debris was picked up. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Thanks!

I called the office on a Friday, Michelle answered and scheduled Abraham and crew for the following Tuesday. On tuesday Abraham and his assistant showed up on time and did the repair quickly and cleanly. The quoted price was accurate and there were no hidden fees. My slider now works like new.

I called Michele around 11:30 AM on Tuesday, she said the men could be at my house at 1:30 PM on that same day which was wonderful since I could barely get the door to slide. Fellows showed up around 3:30 PM, which was fine by me since it was storming as usual and I certainly understood their situation. Michele phoned a couple of times to touch bases with me to make sure I knew what the schedule was. They arrived, rolled the door a couple of times, removed the door from the frame, removed the old rollers and years of accumulated dirt, put on the new double rollers, cleaned the track,replaced the door, and lubricated the track. I asked them to check our other sliding doors which they did, they cleaned and lubricated those tracks. Very professional, very knowledgable, and very friendly!

I can't recall exactly how much I paid, but it was a zillion times cheaper than getting new doors.

I called Tony this morning. He was in the area so he worked our job in. He arrived in 30 minutes just like he said. They were courteous and introduced themselves at the door. Upon entering our home they went right to work on the door that would not move. They also removed and cleaned the second door attached to the non-functioning door. They removed the doors, cleaned the runners and fixed the door. They cleaned up after themselves. I am so happy. Quick, courteous, clean and easy. Give them a call.

I set up an appointment with Tony, the owner, for Wednesday, 27 May 2009. The door was very difficult for my 90-year-old parents to operate, but they didn't want to buy a new one. When I researched Angie's List, I was attracted to this company first by its name, Sliding Door Roller Replacement, and then by the ratings and reviews it had received. Abraham arrived at the appointed time. He was personable, sharp, pleasant, and very competent. He had to remove both sliding glass doors in order to replace the rollers on the one door that my father wanted fixed. In order to do that, he had to remove and replace one stanchion from the hurricane shutter mounted above the door. He aldo cleaned the track before reinstalling both doors. When the existing latch broke during the course of the work, he replaced it with a new one at no additional charge. The door slides so easily now that it can be opened and closed with just one finger.

They were very professional. They arrived on time and performed the work timely. It took about 2 hours to complete the job. They cleaned up and had us inspect their work to be sure it was satisfactory. A job well done!

The door slides smooth as silk. My wife had a lot of trouble getting the door open before they fixed it.

My rollers had not been replaced in 30 years. Tony and another gentlemen named Abraham had the work done in no time. He was so kind & so helpful. He put 2 locks on the door at $20 a piece. He even gave me half a can of dry lubricant for my sliding door and he certainly didn't have to do that. He was prompt and called me before he came out if he was running late. This young man was so good, knew what he was doing and went straight to work. Abraham was just a hard enough worker as Tony was. They removed both sliding doors, cleaned the tracks & put them back in place. I certainly didn't expect that. He even referred me to a screen store to have the two screens on my sliding door repaired. I thought Tony's price was fair and I could not have asked for anyone any better. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!
