+ -1 moreSpoke with Michelle at the main office. She gave a description of what the repairmen would do and an estimate of what it would cost. She was able to schedule the appointment for that evening. She also called me twice after that to keep me informed of their progress and ETA. The 2 gentlemen arrived and were very courteous and got right to work. Explained the options in fixing the one slider that needed repair (they were not trying to upsell me on anything). They had me test everything before they left, including the deadbolt locks and how to perform maintenace on the repaired door's track and left me a can of spray to treat the track. Overall a fantastic experience and I would recommend them without hesitiation (just wish these folks also did electrical, plumbing and roofing!) :)
Description of Work: Had one slding door have the rollers replaced and the track cleaned. Also had several deadbolt slider locks installed.

The installer came out right on time and replaced the broken handle as well the lock. Approximately 90 minutes. Friendly, courteous, good sense of humor. I couldn't possibly be more pleased

Description of Work: What a fabulous door repair service!!! I have a double set of sliding doors from 1985 that refused to move due to the rollers at the bottom. When I say refuse to move it is more like frozen! The service call was easy, they called me before they got there and explained everything they were doing! In two hours my doors were as good as new! I got a 10% discount for mentioning Angie's list and a 10% coupon I got from the Tampa Tribune. As a military family on a tight budget this really helped out a lot. I highly recommend the service. They are quick and competent! Other companies tried to sell me new doors, outrageous costs or would not even show up! This company even answers calls after 6:00 p.m.!!!! Needless to say I am very very happy with the service and a year warranty - who could ask for more! PS - they also leave you a brush, lubricant to keep the doors rolling! + -1 moreAfter speaking with a very responsive and polite woman on the phone to schedule repair of sliding doors, two very polite and professional gentleman arrived to perform the work. In total, 13 sliding doors were addressed, repaired, and/or serviced in about two hours for less money than I would have thought. Very pleased with the company and the experience.
Description of Work: All sliding glass doors serviced, rollers replaced where necessary, tracks cleaned and lubricated. Problematic doors now slide open and closed easily.

The sliders move easily now and even better than how they were when the house was built. One door needed some extra work and they did it without any extra charge. I rate them high overall and will definitely use them again in the future.

+ -1 moreCould not have gone better... they explained what they were doing...why we were having problems... went way above the call of duty to ensure we were fully satisfied... very professional, very fair on pricing... our doors have never worked so good and based on all that they did...I am confident will remain that way... replacing 24' of sliding windows would have cost us $10K+...and we were about ready to throw in the towel...but found this company on Angies list... and had our doors expertly repaired for under $400. Description of Work: We have had troubles with our 12 year old sliding doors for years. We have one large set of 4 (four foot) sliders that make a 16' sliding door all together...and a smaller 2 (three foot) door which is a standard 6' opening. We called Sliding Door replacement rollers... they made an appointment for a few days later... 2 technicians came out as promised (few minutes early) worked for 4 hours straight...and removed all 6 panels...replaced rollers, fixed track, installed new locks... excellent, excellent work.

+ -1 moreCalled "Sliding Door Roller Replacement Inc" by phone after reviewing the company's Angie's List evaluation page.Talked to Michelle...very helpful with what they do and pricing..I told her what I thought was required about my sliding door problem..he gave me an estimated cost for various options and then arranged a date and time for the service.The day before the appointed day, Michelle called to reconfirm the scheduled service..On the day of..Abraham and Travis arriived at the hour...right on time..The went to work immideately, showed me the roller assembly that was removed and then demonstrated the new roller assembly. They removed both doors..cleaned the tracks, installed the new rollers...adjusted and lubricated with a special aluminum lubrication. Plus Travis showed and demonstrated a double lock for the door which was installed as an extra. There was no pressure to buy or extra service..but it was offered..Both men were very courteous and professional..they knew their business..All in all they were at my home for a little over an hour..Good clean up...no problems at all..I will probably use them again for other doors in my home in the future...You cannot go wrong by calling this company....Very reasonable and totally knowledgeable in regards to sliding glass doors...

+ -1 moreI appreciated their honesty and advice. Although a repair was not made and the problem was not solved with their visit they were informative and sincere in trying to be of assistance.
Description of Work: Service persons examined the triple sliding glass doors on my home that will not slide open. We expected to just have to replace the rollers on the doors. However, upon closer inspection they diagnosed a greater problem - the lintel above the doors is sagging which is preventing the doors from opening. Both service technicians were very polite and knowledgeable and did not charge me for the visit. They advised me that once the lintel repair was completed that they could return and put new rollers on the doors to allow them to roll smoothly. Also, they stated that I did not need to purchase new doors and to not be talked into that expense when it is not necessary.

They felt they could do better and made several adjutments till they thought the doors were just the way they chould be. I asked for several of their business cards so I can give them out to friends who have door issues. I would use them again.
Description of Work: Had 2 sliding doors that were frozen. They took them down, fixed the rollers, fixed the locks, added new security locks and put everything back together. I don't remember what the cost was, but it was what they told me it would be, maybe about $100 per door. They worked and worked on the doors till they were great.
