Replacement went great. It was done in less than an hour. That included my training for on-going maintenance to ensure smooth operation in the future. Excellent work and communication skills by techs that came out.

THIS IS A FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED BUSINESS. THE HUSBAND WAS THE REPAIRMAN. HIS WIFE COORDINATED WITH ME ON HIS ARRIVAL TIME. HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING AND DID A FIRST CLASS REPAIR. HE COULD HAVE TOLD ME I NEEDED ROLLERS ON ALL SIX DOORS BUT HE DID NOT.

I though I contacted these guys twice by email and twice by phone. In fairness, I cant prove it and I havn't used them. They have a good track record so I can make a judgement one way of another!

Recently purchased a home that has several sliding glass doors. None of the doors worked very well. Abraham came and told me exactly what they would do and how much it would it cost. They did the work right then and all of my doors now work with just one finger. They're like buttah!!

Booking an appointment was easy. However, the service men didn't show until about 2 hours late - after I called to see what was happening. Only one person came to see the door (the other stayed in the truck). He looked, looked and looked some more. Said the door was very heavy (about 400 pounds) and if the glass broke, it would be about $3,000 to replace. Finally, he said they couldn't fix it. He gave me a spray can of silicone (or wax?) to use. Very aggravating. That's when I called the other company - they fixed it in less than 30 minutes.

As a Christmas present for my parents I had them come out to do their doors since they were hard to open and close. They said the rollers were good and no reason to replace. After surveying the situation it was determined that there was a house structual problem causing one of the sliding doors not to close as easily as it should. This was not something they could fix. While they were there, they cleaned the tracks for the doors and lubercated everything. It did make a great difference. They could have replaced rollers, etc. and we would never have known the difference - can't get anyone more honest then this company - True professionalspp

.Michelle and Abraham returned the call on the same day (Saturday) in the evening! and arranged to be at my home on Tues at 7:30AM. How's that for service! He removed door, added new rollers and it fixed the problem, unlike the other company that did not bother to remove door to diagnose problem even though they were the original roller installers, but instead told me there was no problem even though we stood there listening to a "thump, thump, thump" sound. Sliding Door Roller Replacement not only took the time to diagnose the problem, but in the end, they only charged me for a service call and not the new rollers. I was very impressed with the care and attention to detail and willingness to make sure everything functioned correctly.

All 4 of my large sliding glass doors (which comprise a glass wall) were not sliding well, some would not slide and they didn't meet up and close properly. the guys came out and within a few hours had transformed my doors into working like brand new! They took the time and meticulously tested and retested the doors, until ALL Problems with them had been completely resolved. Although my doors are an ugly color, they work like NEW again! They guys are professional, friendly and there were no hidden costs or games. Everything went exactly as promised! l Would gladly use them again.

Fantastic. Cleaning the track helped solve problems for most of the doors. Since we rarely use them except for one, we did not do any repairs on the remaining doors. No up-sell pressure at all. The door that desperately needed repair was fixed at the stated price with new rollers - double wheel and more durable. The door now glides perfectly. The lock was not working but was repaired through some adjustments incurred no extra charge.

It only took two days to get an appointment. The workmen arrived early and were very professional. They explained what they would be doing and the price. They were very personable and efficient. When finished they explained how to care for the doors and overall I was very pleased.

I found this company on Angie's list. They were not able to come immediately but kept me advised as to their schedule and since this wasn't an emergency, it was fine with me. John and Abraham came to my property. They were punctual, polite and professional and got the job done most efficiently! This service was performed in Hudson.

The guys arrived during the time stated and while very personable, they performed professionally and efficiently even if the weather conditions were not the best. They explained everything they were going to do and showed me how the rollers had broken down, why the track needed to be replaced, and how to maintain the track properly in the future. If I ever need any repairs of this type again, this is whom I will call. For a reasonable price, they saved me from needlessly, and ignorantly, replacing a sliding glass door. I can’t believe the difference.

I found Sliding Door roller repair, inc on Angies list. Called to make an appointment on Thursday evening. The next day, promptly at 8am two technicians showed up. They examined the doors, and explained to me every step they were taking and why they were repairing or replacing the door rollers. Never once did they try to sell me anything. Abraham and John were professional, kind, courteous and clean. I had rollers replaced in each sliding door and two high security dead bolts installed. My patio doors are like new. I was ready to purchase new ones but I am so happy that I took a chance and had them repaired.

Called after reviewing the list. Response was immediate and scheduled an appointment to assess work needed. Arrived on time. Inspected and recommended actual work needed. Clearly explained cost and began right away. First thing was letting me know the trim on the laminate leading to the lanai was loose and assured me they would take special care not to damage the flooring. They cleaned and adjusted every panel regardless of need for repair. Old single coroded rollers were replaced with new double rollers. They were careful in removing panels, cleaning, and replacing everything. Adjusted closing mechanisms. Also installed new handles and deadbolt locks. Left us with track cleaner and explained routine care. They're very thorough and good at what they do. Our sliders now move like glass. Very happy with their work. Would recommend without reserve.

The crew came over and quickly did a professional job replacing the rollers, this past weekend my wife and I tried to fixed the doors and discovered Home Depot and Lowes didn't have the correct hardware. Recommend Sliding Door Replacement Inc. over doing it yourself.
