Very fast service call after the initial phone call to set the appointment. Very professional and courteous. The only thing I felt was the price of the service call, repair was high even after the 5% discount. That being said, I would recommend this company and may use them again for future home improvements.

I was very pleased with the service. The technician put the glass patio door back on the track and told me the wheels were OK, did not need to be replaced. He and his assistant then cleaned and lubricated the tracks for that pair of doors as well as the tracks for two other pairs of doors. There was no additional charge beyond the $89 service fee. They were thorough and efficient and very pleasant to work with. I hope I never again need help with the sliding doors, but if I do, I will definitely call this company.

Arrived within the promised two hour window and were very professional. The servicemen quickly went about their work and even went as far to double check with me to ensure my cat was locked away. Everything went smoothly and my doors are now flawless. Aside from the fingerprints and smudges left behind, my only real gripe is that the prices seemingly come out of thin air. An itemized receipt would go a long way to describing the quoted costs. The next time I need a sliding door fixed I would call this company again.

They came out and they were very good. They were polite and they were fine. They seem knowledgeable. After I saw them do work, I thought wow, it was so easy for such a large amount. The only did one door. I have five doors and they wouldn't do the other four because they said there were other issues than just the roller and they were right. It was $50 or $80 and I just thought it was a little too much if I had known that's all they were going to do. Once they did the door, it has been perfect ever since.

The doors are still working perfectly. The technicians knew exactly what they were doing. I have a salt-water pool and a dog that shakes all over my glass doors. The dried salt caked in the bottom of the door frames and destroyed the wheels. The technicians had to pound the salty frames apart but managed to save everything without breaking frames or glass. Well done!
