According to my husband, he was timely and professional. The door works MUCH better. The right hand door has a squeak when opening, in one area. The left door is EXTREMELY difficult to open. It seems locked, so you lock and unlock it, then pull again harder. It does work smoothly once you get it started. My husband was there for the install. I have not contacted the company asking to remedy this issue. UPDATE!!! 2/23/15 How fantastic. They called US and came out today to remedy the problem. That is GREAT customer service! Our doors were adjusted and they don't have the issue of the difficult start. THANK YOU so much for the timely service call. I can tell you care about satisfying the customer.

They were on time and provided an explanation of everything they were going to do before the work was to be performed. They were very professional and with the dirt and age of my rollers and tracks they completed the work in less than two hours. If I had more rollers I would of had them replace all of them as I would not hesitate to use them again. I will be passing their name to everyone I know that has terrible sliding doors. I can't get why I didn't do this before, they open with no effort at all now.

It was a great experience from the first phone call. I called and left a message. It was immediately returned. The price for the repair was discussed and a service call scheduled. They called prior to arriving (on time) and performed the discussed repair. After the technicians had packed up to leave, my wife decided to have another door fixed. They readily agreed and fixed the second door. I received a call a few days latter to see how the repair went. This is a great company who truly cares about their clients. I would absolutely recommend them... and the doors work better than new!

These guys are awesome!!!!! Arrived on time, explained the work, and now my door works like new! I can operate the door with one finger and it flies!!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this company! Now I have to explain to my wife, who has struggled with this door since we bought the house last year, why it took me so long to get it fixed! God help me!
