I purchased my home and the sliding door was very hard to open, requiring a lot of effort. I arranged for SDRR to come in the day after my closing to fix the problem. The arrived exactly as scheduled, and when they left I could open the door using one finger to push the handle. Excellent work. They took the time to teach me about proper maintenance procedures (periodic lubrication, etc.). They also recommended a locksmith to change my locks. I would definitely use them again.

I called and spoke to Michelle, she said she could have someone out that day to look at our doors. They arrived within just a couple of hours. The door was off track, they grabbed a couple of tools and were able to get the door back on track without breaking the glass. Very satisfied with the service!

Member Comments: As before the price was what was quoted, The workers were fast and friendly. I thought they were very professional. ONE Problem- One of the workers had to drill a two new holes in the door for set screws and I thought they had cleaned up after they left I find that they did miss something. A shredded piece of the door frame from the drill hole was inside the kitchen and I found by stepping on it. Felts like a piece of shrapnel went into my foot. still hurt three days later. Actually I was surprised as I have used these guys before and did not think to even look for pieces of aluminum hole remnants. Sure hurt when I found it. Glad I did before my Son and family came for the 4th of July weekend. Better in my foot than in the Grand-kids ps...Update - Found TWO more pieces of metal with another inspection.. .

The day of service, Mr. Abraham and his associate showed up right on time. He was extremely professional. during the work, they took every measure to ensure furniture and floors would not get dirty as they went back and forth to their truck. they were very careful and skilled with the glass panel and worked very efficiently. Not only was the 5 star quality service reflected in their skill, but the customer service was top notch. One month later, the door slides with just the touch of a finger.

I have a 3-panel glass sliding-door that became extremely difficult open and close as the rollers eroded over time. A bend in the track that had been there since building the home is likely the cause of the rollers to wear down. I found Sliding Door Roller Replacement on Angie's list and called them. When calling, the person who answered asked questions about my problem and provided specific costs to replace the rollers and fix the track if needed. On the repair day, the repair men called ahead to announce they would be arriving shortly and arrived on time as scheduled. Two men arrived, inspected the doors, and then replaced one of the doors rollers. They also shaved down the metal track where the bend was and put a steel glide cover over it. The second glass panel door was very hard to move and the men determined the door just needed an adjustment to lower it (was pushing against the header at causing friction) and adjusted it. The doors glide like butter now - it's just amazing. Wish I did this sooner - they did a great job. Once again, I can't be more happy with the accuracy of Angie reviews and outcome. Professional, on-time, no cost surprises, and excellent work.

They are really friendly and respectful. They made us feel very comfortable. Because they put the extra wheels on the door, it's better than new. They even included a free inspection on the rest of the doors in my home.

They were very professional completed the work in less than two hours. If I had more rollers I would of had them replace all of them as I would not hesitate to use them again. Excellent. I gave them a very difficult job as my doors were not normal. They came onsite and took a look at my doors and researched and located parts that were impossible to find elsewhere. I was facing replacing 3 sets of expensive glass doors. The guys were experts and creatively engineered a solution for me to solve my problem. It was not your typical wheel replacement and they kept the course and fixed all of my doors saving me thousands of dollars. Highly recommend! Thank you guy!
