Neighbors complained about all the loud swearing and cursing that went on through the entire day, they almost called 911. I didn't know how to install the filter and when calls went unanswered I called the company for info only to find that it had been improperly installed, permitting outside air to contaminate the system. He ridiculed the way the inside filter had been installed, I did it wrong, but didn't know how to do it. He said the filter holder was broken and he could order me a new one for $50. After he left, I put a screw on the left had side, where it had fallen out, and it worked fine. He was very rude and I would hesitate to call him even with the 10yr guarantee, I would rather deal with someone kind to older people.

Everything went very well. They arrived first thing in the morning and began disconnecting my current system. After getting that out of the way they installed the new air handler and heat pump. One guy did all the work, his partner called in that day. He did a great job though. I have to give him credit, it was hot as h*** in my attic that day and he spent a lot of time up there but he did what he had to do and he did it very well. I kept him well hydrated and fed so he could focus on his work. There were no surprises or issues and everything has worked great ever since.

They are reasonably priced, reliable, always available when we ask them and they are very helpful.

On time for the estimate, complete system analysis, pinpointed problems with the existing system. Provided a prompt estimate (which was very competitive to other quotes). Work crew arrived on time, they were professional, concious of their work and cleaned up after they were done. My wife was happy which says a whole lot.

They are a great company. I originally started using them because our A/C went out on the weekend, and they were one of the few places that would come out that Saturday evening, and they figured out what the problem was and got it fixed. I have been using them since then. The only reason I need to have them is the regular yearly checkup. They check over everything and clean it up. If everything is okay, they tell me that, and if there is something that needs to be fixed they let me know and I can decide whether I want to replace it or not. They are thorough and I feel like they are honest.

PROMPT RESPONSE TO SERVICE CALL. POLITE AND EFFICIENT SERVICEMAN. IMMEDIATELY GOT A/C AND BLOWER UNIT RUNNING WITH TEMPORARY FIX. I WAS DISTURBED TO DISCOVER I COULD BUY THE PART FOR $365 LESS. THE INFLATED PRICE OF THE PART WAS UNFAIR... IF NOT ILLEGAL. WHEN CREDIT CARD BILLING WAS RECEIVED, WAS CHARGED $120, NOT THE QUOTED $80. THIS IS NOT AN HONEST BUSINESS PRACTICE; WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. NOW DISPUTING THE CREDIT CARD CHARGE WITH MY BANK.

OUR AC BROKE ON A FRIDAY EVENING. WE CALLED AT LEAST A DOZEN COMPANIES CLAIMING 24-HOUR SERVICE. AC SPECIALIST WAS THE ONLY ONE TO LIVE UP TO IT. RODNEY CAME PROMPTLY AND QUICKLY DETERMINED THE PROBLEM. HE TRACKED DOWN A NEW MOTOR ON A SATURDAY AND HAD IT INSTALLED BY THE AFTERNOON AS WELL AS ADVISING US ON HOW TO MOSTLY CHEAPLY HANDLE SOME UNRELATED AC PROBLEMS. HE ALSO HELPED US WORK WITH OUR HOME WARRANTY COMPANY TO GET THEM TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND, THOUGH WE DON'T WANT OUR AC TO BREAK AGAIN, HE'D BE THE ONLY PERSON WE'D CALL NEXT TIME.

I'VE USED THIS COMPANY A COUPLE OF DIFFERENT TIMES BEFORE. THEY OFFER GOOD WORKMANSHIP.
