No Pressure Roof Cleaning

Roof was cleaned with chemicals, as agreed, but we were guaranteed that there would be no damage to shrubs, plants and lawn. Massive damage to shrubs. They partially covered the plants and shrubs with tarps but it didn't prevent damage. The work took them about 30 minutes, so they did not take much time to protect anything. They responded reasonably quickly when we complained about the damage. We were told to wait a month and see if the shrubs would grow back. We did as asked but many of the shrubs did not survive. They quickly provided some sod and replacement shrubs for the ones that their supplier had in stock. The rest have still not been replaced (5 months later). The owner asked that we give him a chance to come and re-clean the roof in a year and he would show us that it can be done with no damage. No way! Not using them again. I think they factor in that the damage can be mitigated enough for owners to not sue them or press them further.

The overall job was excellent and the roof looks great. The problem was that I wasn't not warned that the chemicals used would linger and would ruin clothing. After the job was completed I had to roll up the hose used and the residual chemicals stained my pants and shirt. A couple days later I had dead grass around my house from the run off. This could have been a with a little forewarning and a wash down of the grass with fresh water.

They called me and came out a day early which was great for me. Had to come back to finish. But, they didn’t charge me till the entire job was completed. Gave me a slight discount that I didn’t ask for due to having to come back. Overall very happy. Looks great

I received a quote by the next morning, so I called and scheduled an appointment. On the scheduled morning, the technicians Bill and Leroy arrived promptly. They covered the landscaping near the house and moved my hanging orchid. They explained exactly how the process worked. I was amazed as I watched the mildew/mold seemingly melt off the roof as they worked. The roof now looks like it is brand new!

No Pressure did a fantastic job! I am so please with the the way my roof looks. Initially my roof looked almost charcoal grey. It was actually a darker green roof under all the dirt. The roof looks so good. I took before and after pictures and am amazed at the difference. The guys from No Pressure arrived on time and did a great job. Read a lot about the benefits of cleaning roof without high pressure process and saw the reviews of No Pressure customers. Their website gives a very good summary of process and FAQs. Skipping to the bottom line - they did a great job - do the same reading I did and call them. On time, fast, no issues and a 2 year warranty. That says it all. Nice job.

the service is probably comparable to pressure cleaning however they were not careful in protecting the plantings and several things were killed. To their credit they took full responsibility and not only replaced the plants when one was done incorrectly they sent someone out immediately to take care of it.

If anybody is interested I would highly recommend this company.

They had an excellent rating, they had a really good rating that's why I chose them, and they were great. They were very punctual, they returned phone calls. They even damaged some of our plants and grass and they came right out and replaced all of that. They were good, I would definitely use them again. They came back and sodded all the grass that died and 3 plants died, and they replaced those right away too, they came right out and did it. I was not even asking them to do that, I thought maybe it would grow back. They said no, we are going to replace it, he insisted, it was the owner that came out. It looked great when they got done and it still looks good. Overall they were good. They were not any higher than any of the others I looked at. It looks great they did a good job. They were here when they said they were gonna be here. I would use them again in the future.

I did research & determined that a chemical process was preferable to high pressure washing. Contacted Paul at No Pressure Roof Cleaning and scheduled an appointment. The crew showed up on time -- was extremely professional and very efficient in their process. They showed care for my property and landscaping. They completed the work in about 1 hour and 15 minutes. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I had my doubts regarding effectiveness of service but was amazingly surprised how well their product works. The roof keeps looking cleaner every week. Would definitely hire them again.

The company came when they said, did the work quickly and professionally. Cleaned up after them selves. The roof looks several shades lighter than it did before and the dirt streaks are gone.

Very professional...can't say if plants,trees or landscape were damaged since the job was done today... Only draw back for a $604 job (10% of as a "Angie's list member"....patio enclosure screens nor exterior walls of house were washed"..meaning we need to hire another firm to do that job...NO PRESSURE CLEAN cleans the roof,owner Paul Guitard said we would not need to hire somebody else to do the walls and screens..well we'll have to..they are still dirty...

The roof looks like new. Better than pressure cleaning and guaranteed for 2 years. Some of the lawn and plants took a beating from the runoff but not too bad. Very professional service, good communicarion, very prompt.

Great. Owner was very accessible, answered all of my wife's questions beforehand. Smell wasn't significant, foliage impact was minimal and it all recovered. Was skeptical but 15 year old never-cleaned barrel tile roof still looks great months later. I think 2 or 3 neighbors used them after us once they saw the result, the code enforcement was "asking" us to do it.

The 9 year old roof looks brand new. I have had several people ask if it was a new roof.

Great - once they heard I was under a deadline with my HOA they came out ASAP, called the day before to confirm and I didn't even need to leave work. I came home to what looked like a brand new roof - the cleaning job was amazing!

Good. The chemical used to clean the roof dripped off the roof to the hood of my car. The owner agreed to wash my car. He and the crew did an excellent job. Be sure to not park near the roof line the first few times it rains.
