No Pressure Roof Cleaning

Overall OK, but needed to clean up after the work was done; Leaves and other debris that were blown off the roof and residue from the chemical was left on driveway and sidewalk.

Update. Had rated as B but damage to landscape gets worse by the day so I have lowered rating from B to C and added photos. Roof looks great. However, lawn and shrubs have significant damage from chemicals. They said they would cover the lawn and shrubs, however, this was not done. They did spray the shrubs with water before cleaning the roof and told me to water after they were done with the sprinklers. I did it right after tech finished and had them on on their cycle that night. Nevertheless have significant damage.

They showed up on time and sprayed the roof and patio and sidewalk. The chemicals smelled pretty strong but it rained as soon as they were finishing up. I asked if that would lessen the effectiveness of the treatment, they claimed no. I guess time will tell, since the roof has a 2 year warranty. The only problem is the low pressure spray doesn’t clean off any debris off of the driveway or sidewalk, leaving the dirt after the treatment.

They were the quickest to respond, but the price quote was very low. When I asked about license and warranty, they did not respond and I hired someone else. I don't know if they are good, but I didn't like the lack of response to my question. I suspect the first quote was auto generated.

Excellent on roof. However - sustained a little damage to plants/grass around house - some of which is coming back. This is the nature of chemical cleans - so I was not completely surprised. Tech did cover plants, but still some short term damage. Overall an excellent job, but could not give all As because of plants.

Did not use their service. i contacted them for a quote and they responded promptly with a quote for my home. They then asked, and I provided, the address of my next door neighbor and they provided a quote for that home also. The problem is, the quote they provided for my neighbors home was less costly than my home yet their home is two stories and larger with an attached guest house/office. I asked how this price difference could occur and they responded that the estimates were based on the square footage obtained from the county property appraisers web site. I went to the property appraisers web site and the square footage of my neighbors home really is greater than the square footage of my home as I told them. I let them know their information was incorrect and I attached actual screen shots of the data for the two homes taken from the county appraisers web site showing that my home truly was smaller than my neighbors. They totally disregarded the information I provided, responded that their calculations were correct and they will not change the estimates and if I had a problem with that I can call the owner of the company. Granted the difference in cost was not material but that is not the issue. The issue is the attitude I received and their inability to justify their quote with anything other than to say "we are correct" and too bad if you don't like it. This attitude and lack of consideration tells me that "No Pressure Roof Cleaning" is probably a company to be avoided. If you use them and all goes well - good for you. You're lucky. But if you use them and there is a problem - you better watch out!! You will probably have a fight on your hands.

No Pressure Roof Cleaning got us scheduled quickly and did a great job. All plants were covered to protect from the cleaning solution. There was some browning at the outlet points for our gutters but this was explained when I made the initial call to set the appointment and then again when the service was performed. They sprayed the lawn down to limit the impact and the brown area is already looking much better.

Very well, they cleaned some mildew covered walls as well for free!

It went great. The gentleman were professional and prompt. My roof looks fantastic.

The guys were prompt, efficient and polite. The roof looks like new. Price was a good value.

The roof itself came out looking fantastic. I did have a bush killed and the owner did say to send pics and he would have it replaced after looking at it.

I would hire again if different workers came. The guys came i asked about my plants,they covered them,not with care. When done you take a survey on the phone.which I said ok before I looked around. The worker never cleaned pine needle ect. off roof before spraying.he went up and power blew them off. I asked him if had cleaned the back roof as well,he answered yes. They left , no he didn't blow off the roof before spraying.Where he blew it off in front left discoloured patches on roof, where he sprayed over pine needles ect. I called the boss he said he would fix it with another appt... Called the worker and he came back after the job he was doing and fixed it. Would have had to wait if I went thru boss. office.Glad the guy came back same day..

The roof was cleaned a little over 2 years ago and the walks and driveway were cleaned approx. 6 months ago. The roof still loo and did a seconds perfectly clean. The driveway was cleaned at the end of the day. Certain spots were missed and the technician came back and sprayed again with no problems. Everything was above board and professional. I highly recommend the service.

Everything turned out awesome! They responded to my call in a timely manner and showed up when they said they would. They covered the plants and explained the reasons for doing so. The roof is still looking great 6 months after the job was done. Highly recommended!

Roof cleaning was quick and very effective. Patches of grass, multiple plants, and shrubs damaged or died after exposure to the chemicals.

I was very pleased with the work done by no pressure roof cleaning. The crew called prior to their arrival and worked quickly to complete the job. I was amazed at how clean the roof was in less than an hour of treatment. It is a very efficient process, for sure. We did have some damage to a few shrubs and one area of grass along the side of the house. I called the owner Paul and he was quick to return the message. He said their policy was to wait a month after the service before assessing the plants. I called back after the 30 days and sent pictures. Paul quickly responded and told me what he would be replacing. Within a little over a week I had my new grass and various shrubs. I believe the company works hard not have any damage to the landscaping. The chemicals they use however, are strong which allows them not to apply pressure on the roof. So I am sure that this happens occasionally. But rest assured they will be honorable if this is the case. I very much appreciate the service and professionalism of Paul and his company. I will definitely use them again in a few years.

Very punctual and the crew was experienced. They did cover some plants with tarps but there was some browning of some plants from the chemicals used. Some grass was also damaged. Hopefully they will bounce back. The smell from the cleaning solution lingered for a few days. The important thing is the roof does look much better and clean.

very professional workers; had some overspray (extremely windy day) that killed a plant but company will make good on that.

roof came out great. only issues was with the chemical killing several plants around the property. they did warn me, so can't say too much. just beware. even covering some didn't save them.

The actual cleaning was good and they were on time. We asked them to come back for a few missed spots, which they did quickly. The issue was that they guarantee plants and we are still waiting (about 3 months) for them to look at our dead plants and replace them. Many calls were made, pictures sent and appointments taken, but no one has shown up to take care of the plants or sent a check for us to handle it.

The overall job was excellent and the roof looks great. The problem was that I wasn't not warned that the chemicals used would linger and would ruin clothing. After the job was completed I had to roll up the hose used and the residual chemicals stained my pants and shirt. A couple days later I had dead grass around my house from the run off. This could have been a with a little forewarning and a wash down of the grass with fresh water.

They called me and came out a day early which was great for me. Had to come back to finish. But, they didn’t charge me till the entire job was completed. Gave me a slight discount that I didn’t ask for due to having to come back. Overall very happy. Looks great

Great!! There was an area of the roof that was missed but after I called them they came back quickly and cleaned that area. A roofer came to check my roof for a leak into attic and he asked me if my roof was new. That’s how good it looked

No Pressure did a fantastic job! I am so please with the the way my roof looks. Initially my roof looked almost charcoal grey. It was actually a darker green roof under all the dirt. The roof looks so good. I took before and after pictures and am amazed at the difference. The guys from No Pressure arrived on time and did a great job. I have already told friends about them and how pleased I am. Thanks No Pressure!
