Early morning found water system would not work. Dustin responded immediately to troubleshoot the system thinking the pump might need to be replaced. He let me know within an hour that he repaired the electrical component on motor and the system was running fine. He could have charged me alot more by telling me I needed a new pump. However he was honest and saved me a lot of money and downtime. Integrity is rare these days so a big thumbs up to Dustin and his company.

Dustin was very knowledgeable about the water system and answered all questions. The installation was quick and professional. I would definitely recommend Allure Water Filtration to anyone looking for a new system.

We have been using Allure for twelve years, and at three different houses. When we finally bought the house we have lived in for the last ten years, Allure arranged to have a new deep well dug, as the existing well was shallow. They also put in a complete water treatment system. Furthermore, their monthly service is very reasonable, and they never miss a trip. The icing on the cake, and what has cemented my loyalty, is that if there is ever a problem of any kind, I can get a service tech out to fix my system, even at odd times. The level of service and attention to detail that you get from Allure is second to none. On top of that, their prices are very competitive.

We paid for a complete water treatment system to be installed, which included a Reverse Osmosis System. Months later, we found out that the RO system was never actually installed. We finally got him to admit that he never installed it and got a promise from him that he would come back and install the RO system. Fast forward a couple of months later, and we just hired another company as our drinking water was unsafe and could not wait around for someone who was never going to come.
