took the time to explain exactly what may have caused my part to fail, and even went so far as to explain how AC systems operate. They gave me helpful tips to avoid problems in the future. I will use Scott's AC going forward exclusively, for annual maintenance plus any operation failure issues.

The were very friendly and professional. They even work plastic shoe coverings when they entered the house. Very careful to take all water, debris and mess out with them to leave things perfectly clean. Really liked them.

This great service started from my initial phone call. The customer service rep who answered the call was able to set me up the next day for a service call. She was very nice and polite. The technician who came out arrived promptly and looked professional from the start. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He was also very thorough during the process and explained everything he was doing. By far one of the best service experiences I have had. Will definitely use Scott's again and would most definitely recommend them for any A/C needs.

Scott's AC installers replaced my outdoor condensing unit and air handler unit in the garage. They showed up when they were scheduled to be there and the quality of the installation was excellent. I would definitely recommend Scott and his group of professionals to anyone in need of AC service or new installation.

This was a good experience from start to finish. Kristy returned my initial call very quickly and said a tech would be able to come late in the day. Kris (the tech) called around 4:30 saying he was on his way and would be about 45 minutes; he arrived almost exactly 45 minutes later. Kris was friendly and professional; he performed the diagnostic and determined that the circuit board was bad. He explained the situation, cost, and options. Instead of ordering a new board at over $300, he was able to bypass the malfunctioning portion and get my A/C back up and running quickly. He did a pretty thorough check of the rest of the system and made sure I understood and was happy with the repair. I'll definitely keep these guys at the top of my list for future needs and won't hesitate to tell others about them.

Top of the line work with everything done. The men were both professional and courteous. I would have them do work for me again in the future. This is a 1200 square foot home with a small space for working above.

Grant has serviced both a rental house and my home. Both were thorough and professional. The unit in my home really needs to have the evaporator coil cleaned, but once he saw that the unit was almost 20 years old, Grant advised that it might be wise to save the $500+ and just let it run until it needs to be replaced - which likely will be soon. When the time comes, I will certainly call Scott's to do the job.

I called first thing in the morning due to the air not working overnight. Got a quick answer and appointment scheduled for the same day. Clif called about 30 minutes prior to arrival (showed up on time) and quickly found the problem. He walked me through the problem, showed me what was going on and gave me a price before swapping out the capacitor. Clif monitored the levels to make sure everything was working properly, again describing exactly what he was doing. He also came inside to make sure everything else was operating the way it should be. I couldn't be happier with the service I received, Clif was very personable and enjoyable to chat with. No high pressure sales attempts or trying to set in fear. Definitely a quality company out to do the right thing.

Cliff came and connected our new thermostat which had been relocated by an electrician. He also installed a new master bath exhaust fan. This was a difficult job because it required expanding the cut out in the ceiling as well as replacing a 3" vent hose with a 6" one. Cliff wasted no time and was very professional. I highly recommend Scott's.

It went as well as we could have hoped for - in other words, Scott's Heating met every high expectation we had. Our AC system went out on a Friday. It was 18 years old, so time for a new one. We got one quote from another company which was in the ballpark for what you'd expect to pay, and we were set to go with them. But I felt a good idea to get another quote, so I went to their web site on Saturday and requested a call. They called me back Sunday (Father's Day). Scott personally came out mid-afternoon on Sunday, inspected the unit, confirmed the problems the other company had pointed out. He quoted us for a better (higher SEER) system with equal or better elements to match the other quote, for about $1000 less. Needless to say, we told them to get started. Their techs, George and Elias, arrived 1pm Monday (they had another job). They worked efficiently, did what they needed to do, had everything installed and cleaned up and done by about 7.30pm. Given that the house was sitting at about 92F temperature, we had it cooled back down to normal by about 10pm. Scott himself came out around 6pm to sign off on the final paperwork and ensure everything was satisfactory with us. We had an excellent experience with Scott's Air and we would have no problems recommending them to anyone we know that needs AC work or new AC system/equipment.

BEST AC Company in town! Seriously .... this isn't a company with a thousand employees that could care less about who you are. Scott has put together a great group of people who are happy to help you and remember you the next time thy come to your house. You aren't just supporting local business when you use them... but supporting an ethical honest company. We have been loyal users for years ... On Sunday night we had a power surge and our AC until blew a fuse. I called Monday morning and even though they had a full schedule they managed to fit me in (at 8pm... but in time to go to bed in a cool house!! So no complaints!) They are honest and fair and work hard ... You will be happy you used them.

Everything was just fine. I have been using this company for all my HVAC work for the last 18 months and have yet to be disappointed.

Came on a monday with 4 guys and worked a long day.The next day two guys worked a long day and finnish up. They left with everything done,the system works like a dream and does everything Scott said it would.

I was having issues with my Air Conditioner. As a renter I did not have a choice in a vendor and was pleasantly surprised by the technician's professionalism and courtesy. The technician arrived and evaluated the problem thoroughly. There was a minor logistical setback but he was able to resolve it using innovative thinking and my issue was resolved quicker then was first estimated.

A+ all the way around! Excellent! This will be my new AC repair provider!

The experience was outstanding from start to finish. I bought a coupon to have my AC Maintenance completed and the receptionist was extremely friendly when answering the phone and they were able to come out same day to have the maintenance done. The tech was here right at 11 which was the appointment time and he took his time to complete the inspection and took the time to explain everything that was done. Very impressed with the customer service!

He was very punctual, took the time to examine all of the ac/heating unit as well as the inside furnace. tested the thermostat, and sure enough, that was it. Later that evening it stopped working (the fan was going, but the compressor did not come on) called and within the hour Scott called and came. The problem was we had it on emergency heat which does not operate the compressor. We cannot thank them enough, Heat is a very nice thing to have in winter. Thanks Scott and Ryland
