Hi, It looks like you may have the wrong Scott's Air. We are located in Orlando, FL... so we don't service Norfolk, VA. (Scott was stationed there about 20 years ago when we was in the Navy though!) Description of Work: Installation of new Bryant heat pump. After getting estimates from all the big A/C guys in the Orlando Metro area, I found the "real big guy" (Scott), who knows what real customer service is. His installation team was very professional and exceeded my highest expectations. It was truly a pleasure doing business with a local company that provides super quality and customer service you would expect. Will definitely use again.
