John's Sliding Door Wheel & Window Spring Repair

The job went great. John explained what he was going to do and the cost. Before I knew it, it was done and I was very impressed. I would recommend John without a hesitation.

We called John to see about fixing the problem on the door. He was most helpful and professional in our conversations, scheduled the job and followed up on the appointment. He arrived on time, completed the job in the estimated time, and did a great job in fixing the door. He was most pleasant to deal with and seemed very knowledgeable on what was required. We were very pleased with his performance and would call him again for any needs in his areas of expertise.

John was professional, friendly and he did a good job. He called the day before and also prior to his arrival. His quote on the phone was exactly what he charged me. While I feel it's expensive for a 10-minute job, his price is competitive with other companies, as I checked it out. I would definitely recommend him to replace the rollers/wheels on your sliding doors.

John did a great job! John told me what price to expect when I first called him on the phone. I was a bit surprised by the price at first---$135.00 for the wheels on a slider seemed like a lot to me. Just shows what I didn't know! I arranged for John to come and he was punctual, came just when expected. He went to work immediately and had the door working better that I've ever seen it work! He knows what he's doing. I could never have taken that door apart and put back together and all completely aligned correctly. He told me exactly how to care for the door in the future and every time I open that door I sing his praises! Totally worth every penny. I'd call him again in a skinny minute!

I usually don't deal with handymen but John is a master.

John called the night before and again an hour before to confirm appointment; arrived on time, finished promptly and at estimated cost. He was clean and professional and even had carpet on the bottom of his toolbox to protect our hardwood floors. He also identified a problem with another door that was caused by the house settling and was clear that he could not fix that. I would use him again and would recommend him without reservations.

He said that he would provide a reminder call the night before and would also call as he was leaving the job before so I would know he was on his way. John showed up when he said he would and called when he said he would. John quickly made all necessary repairs, was friendly and professional. I would recommend his work to my closest friends. The patio door now opens easily and no longer sounds like it is rolling on rocks.

Very pleasant experience. John was courteous, prompt and efficient. Compared to other sliding glass door repair companies I called, he was by far the best for the money, charging about half of what others wanted. I'm having him come back to do more!

Fantastic! John told me the prices up front. He could hear my family room door over the phone there was bi doubt we needed new rollers. Our master door wasn't as bad, but I wanted to repair it while he was here. I couldn't believe how fast he was. He also took time to humor my puppy - very nice man. :-) The first door was $125 and the second was $75. The new handles were $10 each. I couldn't be more pleased!
