The result was great, my sliding glass door opens smoothly now.

I called on Friday and arranged for Monday repair. John called Sunday to remind/confirm and arrived on time with everything necessary to do the job. The sliding door was a "Roscoe" made 25 or 30 years ago but, I believe, no longer around. He had the wheel - which was product specific. Job was done in short order. Everything is copacetic.

My sliding glass door was so difficult to open. My neighbor recommended John. He came out a few days after I called him, and replaced the wheels under the sliding glass door. The door opens so well now.

John set an appointment date and time, called the night before, and an hour before, to confirm. He actually showed up about 15 minutes early. He knew exactly what needed to be done and did it. Pleasant person, we shot the breeze on several subjects. He was on his way within a half hour.

I left a message and John called back as promised, promptly early the same evening; gave all his rates and possible needs based on my description of the problem. Set an appointment for 11 AM two days later when I could be around. Called the night before to verify. Called early the day of the appointment as he could make it an hour earlier. That was great. Arrived, ready to work, toolbox in hand. Got right to work. replaced rollers on a heavy glass door that I could barely move in the past. Slides so easy now I almost pushed it through the wall when I tested. John explained the problem and how he fixed it. True to his work, the charge was exactly what he figured it would be, roller replacement. The door was bad for five year. I only wished I'd called five years earlier. This was the best $125 I've spent in a long time. I highly recommend John!

Door frame had broken loose and John fixed it, lubricated the system and now it works great.

John was extremely organized & right to the point. He did a great job at a fair price. He came to my house when he said he would. I am very satisfied with the service that he performed. I asked him if he fixed broken glass panes & he said no. But, he referred me to someone who did. It turned out to be an excellent referral. I would definitely call John again if I should need his services.

THEY WERE VERY NICE, RELIABLE AND VERY COURTEOUS. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE. ANYONE WHO SAYS THEY DIDNT PAY A LOT OF MONEY IS LYING, AND I FELT THE PRICE WAS HIGH. THE DOORS WERE WORTH THE PRICE THAT WE PAID FOR THEM, THOUGH.

I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN INSTEAD OF REPLACING A $1400 DOLLAR DOOR THAT WORKS LIKE BRAND NEW NOW. THEY ARE VERY COMPETITIVE. HE TAKES A LOT OF PRIDE IN HIS WORK AND CARES ABOUT WHAT HE DOES.

THEY WERE GOOD AND DID EVERYTHING THAT I EXPECTED THEM TO DO, SUCH AS SHOWING UP ON TIME. THEY DID THE WORK THAT I WANTED THEM TO DO AND LEFT. THEY MADE SURE THAT THEY CLEANED ALL OF THE SHARDS BECAUSE THE WINDOW HAD BEEN SHATTERED.

Fixed everything perfect and had to do several more than once. I believe that they probably lost money on me but continued to fight with the manufacturer until we got them clean and clear in between the glass. Fabulous!

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. DOORS NOW OPEN AND CLOSE WITH NO EFFORT. THEY WORK SMOOTHLY AND WITHOUT NOISE. THE HANDLES ARE HIGH QUALITY. PERSON WAS ON TIME AND PROFESSIONAL. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

MR. DONOHUE WAS SO NICE AND HELPFUL AND GAVE ME TIPS ABOUT TAKING CARE OF THE SLIDING GLASS DOOR SO THAT THE WHEELS OF THE TRACK WOULD LAST LONGER. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM.

THEY SCHEDULED US RIGHT AWAY AND EVEN CALLED MY HUSBANDS CELL PHONE TO LET HIM KNOW THEIR ESTIMATED ARRIVAL TIME. THEY EXPLAINED WHAT THEY HAD TO DO TO FIX IT AND WERE DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER

THE JOB WAS DONE FINE. THEY DID NOT DO THE WORK BY THE PROMISED TIME, BUT IT WAS DONE A DAY LATER.

EMERGENCY REPLACEMENT OF SHATTERED SLIDING GLASS DOOR AFTER TRYING TO INSTALL AN ADDITIONAL LOCK ON SLIDING GLASS DOOR CAUSED GLASS TO SHATTER. COMPANY WAS VERY QUICK TO RESPOND AND SERVICE DOOR.
