One of the local large electrical contractors recommended Carroll's Electric for small residential jobs (I was not a member of Angie's). After describing the work, they scheduled a time at my house two days later. On that morning I was called about a half hour early and told that after picking up material they would be at my house, and they arrived within about 15 minutes of the scheduled time as promised. Once onsite they suggested an alternate implementation that would be cheaper. They didn't have the parts, but Carroll's stayed onsite doing what work they could (anchoring the box to the wall, digging, etc.) and had a second truck bring out the new material. The job was very neat and professional, and I truly appreciated the hourly rate and lack of any trip charge. I would definitely use them again. In fact, they introduced me to Angie's list, and they are clearly proud of their reputation here.

I called the company, and they sent Roy to my house the same afternoon to do the work. He was excellent, a very efficient, friendly worker with 30 years experience. He was finished in an hour, and got $5 off (per hour) with the Angie's List coupon. Roy also gave me lots of advice on further work when we're ready. They also fix pool lights, so we'll have him back to do that, too.

Greg showed up on time and was very professional. He did the work we asked him to do with no problems or surprises and asked if there was anything else. We were very satisfied with his work and the price was very reasonable.

Excellent, very efficient and the technician had all the right tools to get the job done and in a timely manner. He explained every step that he was doing as he went along, he cleaned up after each one was installed.

It went well both times. The electrician was very helpful and very informative. I didn't feel cheated. They were able to fix some things very simply.

Robert Cuebas arrived on Monday, day 1. We discussed the job and he estimated job materials required. Told me he would return on Tuesday. He returned on Tuesday and installed the panel and breakers. He was very neat about the work and I checked back with him as he progressed through the job. Finished the outside work on day two and started the inside work. Finished the inside work on day three as per the estimate. Per my request he labeled the circuits in the panel. On day two I requested if a motion light fixture could be installed over the carport. Purchased the fixture that night and it was installed as well. Added bonus, Robert left me a new appliance cord for the dryer. He discovered the current one on the dryer had a bent prong. I was extremely pleased with his workmanship and respect for my property. He worked alone and I was not home while the work was done. So he answered my prayer in trusting someone to work without worrying about my property. Highly recommend this company.

It went well. The gentleman worked for every bit of sixty minutes and only charged me for the hour. My only regret is I didn't print out this coupon and save an additional $5; but, since I was expecting to pay twice this for the job I can't complain. They arrived promptly on time as scheduled. This is a refreshing and unfortunately rare experience dealing with contractors.

Two electricians called on the appointed date. We missed the first call, then the second electrician to become free called and came straight round. He had to complete a failed installation by a relative who had tried to install the fan, and cleaned up his mess, too!

He was here less than an hour. He gave me good advice on other things I need to get done and I would use them again for sure.

I have used them before and I like their services. I like that he has done minor jobs and not even charged me for it. For the ceiling fan he did not charge me an hourly rate it was just a flat rate. I thought he did a very good job.

The thing is that this electrical problem wasn't repaired properly because the same problems I had before came back. I wasn't very satisfied with them, but just this time, because they had done some good work for me in the past.

Work was well done in timely fashion. Pleased to have used this company.

I received excellent service from the initial phone call to the completed work. Very professional and efficient.

It went well overall. The electrician did not have to take down the old defective ceiling fan prior to installing the new replacement fan with some help. I had previously managed to take down the old defective fan on my own. Decided it was safer, more prudent and efficient to hire someone to install the new fan. Roy arrived in time, assembled and installed the new fan in approximately 45 minutes-saved me a lot of time and hassle! Roy was reasonably neat, very pleasant, respectful, knowledgeable and went about his work in an efficient and professional manner. I was very pleased and satisfied with the job he did.

A simple phone call telling me they were not going to show up would have made this okay.

It was wonderful. He gave me an estimate of several other jobs that I had thought of, so now I know how much it will cost when I do them in the future. He was very prompt and courteous.

It was a great experience dealing with this company. The work was completed well within the price range estimate I was given, and it was completed in the time frame estimated. The electrician who completed the work, Danny, was professional and informative. He cleaned up the work areas when he was done with the work. I was very pleased with the service provided and the manner in which it was provided. I would call this company for any future electrical needs.

Good experience. He was very clean and explained everything in terms I could understand. The problem was fixed. The electrician did not have the right wire in his truck and did have to make a trip back to their warehouse.

Very pleased. Roy was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. Cleaned up afterward. I even said to my husband, "I didn't have to clean up after Roy left." Normally I have had to clean up after some service personnel.

Dale arrived right on time. He had to go up into our attic at least three times on a very warm day without any complaint. He worked very proficiently was friendly and courteous. He made good suggestions on how we could save money on this project.

It was great. A previous electrician had been unable to find the problem and said we would need extensive work. Roy was very professional, checking all outlets, finding and correcting the problem efficiently while being friendly and communicative, explaining things without being condescending. He made an additional requested repair and discussed another project explaining our options. I would whole-heartedly recommend Carroll's Electric for any electrical needs.

Greg showed up on time and started to work. Turns out I had forgotten to get a new switch to replace the burned one, so I headed out to pick one up. By the time I got back, he had installed both flood lights outside, completed the wiring for the dishwasher, and figured out what was wrong with the light switch. I also asked him to install a new pendant light in the kitchen area. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and gave me 2 hours of work for the 2 hours I paid for, can't ask for more than that. I will be calling this company again when I need to have new wiring installed in my garage.

Installed fan at a price lower than the big box store where we bought the fan. Did not try to sell me electrical services I did not need. Have recommended them to friends and they have been happy too.
