I had a great experience with Carrolls Electric. The quote I received was a lot cheaper than the 3 others I was quoted. They provided me with same day service, which surprised me. Daniel was prompt and courteous. Very professional. The fans were installed in 6 rooms and Daniel cleaned up each room perfectly. There was no mess. I will use them again.

We had an issue with power at a rental property that was a double wide trailer on a acre of land. The electrician came out that day accessed the situation. Called us and told us the problem which was a bad meter box. He repaired the problem quickly and the rate was Very reasonable. I will call Carroll's again if I need an electrician.

Very reliable and will hire again for our next project.

Arrived on time per appointment schedule. Explained in detail what was to done and provided an estimate. Although, Carroll's was a bit high, the wife and I agreed to let them perform the work. Completely satisfied with work done and the cost.

I have used Carroll Electric for years. They are always responsive, budget friendly and perform as expected.

Two weeks ago, I emailed Carroll's Electric thru Angie's List and Scott Geesaman emailed me back. After a few emails back/forth, we spoke on the phone to have Greg come out for an estimate - as they needed to see how to best route the electrical. As Scott couldn't pinpoint a time for me as to when Greg would be here, he said Greg will call before coming out the following Monday. So last Monday, Greg came out to give me an estimate on the electrical install for the hot tub (which would be delivered on Tuesday)... oop, Greg didn't call but fortunately I was out for a jog and noticed the Carroll's Electric truck go by. Greg analyzed the house to best route the wiring from the electrical panel (on the other side of the house) to the screened in patio - where the hot tub would sit on the far corner of the patio (i.e. not against a wall to the house.) He explained why other shorter cabling/piping options weren't viable (i.e. crossing a doorway, going over the metal patio roof, etc.) But he advised it may be cheaper once the hot tub was delivered (as we were guessing which side the electrical panel would be on the hot tub.) Also, Greg was very patient in explaining IF I decided to go to a 50 AMP (a) how much would that cost now instead of a 20 AMP and (b) how much would it cost to "upgrade" the 20 AMP in a year - which btw, isn't an upgrade, as it would be a total new install of cabling. As for the electrical install on Wednesday, Greg showed up promptly at 8:30am (our agreed upon time) and went straight to work. As it turns out, the electrical panel on the hot tub was on a side that made the install easier - as Greg didn't have to route the pipe and cabling around the patio's corner. And fortunately, he didn't have to get in front of the spikey holly bush sitting on that corner ;) Plus, it saved me $100 from the original estimate of $435. Greg had a great personality and was patient in "dummying" down the electrical terminology for me ;) I can fix a computer, but this electrical stuff is over my head. He was easy to talk to and had a great sense of humor. And in speaking with Scott over the phone, he was very professional and conscientious to meet my expectations ;) Job well done!!! I would SO use this company again.

I called earlier in the week and set up an appointment time window for later in the week. On the scheduled day I received a call from the service provider (Greg) stating that he was on the way. The job was done in an hour. Greg was knowledgeble and friendly.

Greg quickly checked all the usual and expected trouble areas with no success. After reanalyzing the problem, he determined that the problem had to come from my main electrical panel. It was there that he found the loose wires that were causing the problem.

Performed what was requested....very professional.

He was very good. He came on time, he didn't run the bill up and very clear on what he could do and what he couldn't do. There wasn't a correct outlet to fix the texture into the bathroom, so I was looking for a master electrician. He walked in and told what kind of box is needed. He was very confident. He cleaned up after himself. The price is very reasonable. He is very punctual.

We had a dishwasher which was shorting out, so that's why we originally called. We also wanted to remove our range hood and put in an over-the-range microwave. Roy was the man who did the work. He checked to see if the range hood wiring was rated for an outlet, and thankfully it was. So he installed an outlet and even drilled a hole in the cabinet so we could feed the cord through. The he reconnected the wires on the dishwasher. He got it all done in an hour and gave us the discount for using Angie's List.

Took longer to write the service ticket than to do the repair - but I would have been at it for HOURS trying to find the problem. Well worth it to have an actual electrician handle the problem.

Excellent. Roy came out an assessed the situation and rewired the fans from the breaker box to the roof. The price was very reasonable and the work was completed in about two hours.

I called Carroll's Electric on a Friday afternoon and had an electrician at my door the next Monday A.M. Roy, the gentleman sent to do the work, was personable, professional, accommodating, competent and fast. It took him less than 1 hour to do everything I wanted and the cost was very reasonable.

The service they provided was good. They did a very good job.

They arrive on time. They never leave a mess for me to clean up. They don't need supervision. They always answer my questions to my satisfaction. They do small jobs.

Wayne was extremely patient in cleaning up all the little nit picky things the inspector found. There was one major wiring problem. He explained why it had to be fixed and what he was going to do. I was waiting for a huge invoice and was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable it was.

Roy, the electrician came earlier than the 11:00 am appointments, as we had requested him to do if possible. He communicated very clearly that he was pledged to make all the wiring in these rooms safe, as well as out of sight.

They came out about 1 hour after I called and fixed it very quickly. Very nice, friendly, and professional. He said he had over 30 years of experience. He gave me the discount automatically because I had mentioned Angie's List.

Yeah, I was the guy that gave this firm a failing grade about a year and a half ago, but I need to recant that grade and tell you I have been extremely happy with the last three projects they have done for me. I am not sure what happened the first time when I could not get anyone to return calls make promises and not keep them and simply not care, but that attitude has gone the way of bell bottoms. They have been more than courteous, prompt and efficient in their work. They go above and beyond, they leave the work when it is finished and always explain what they are doing. Do I apologize for my review of a year and a half ago, probably not, but I will be the first to admit they are a changed company and I will continue to use them for all my electrical needs and would recommend you do as well.

The experience was good. They were very prompt and very professional, and they certainly knew the electric code in my area which is what I wanted them for. They were very clean and punctual and thorough. I would use them again, and recommend them to others.
