I have to say I was very hesitant to hire anyone for my hardwood floors after the first contractor, did not deliver on their promises. Then I found Abe's Hardwood Floors. This was not an easy job to do and there were lots of glitches, due to the construction of the condo (not their fault at all) but they had the right answers. Amazing is all I can say. They went above and beyond in my opinion and the floors are BEAUTIFUL. Professional, nice, trustworthy, polite and EXPERIENCED. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Above and beyond what I thought the floors would look like and the stairs are a work of art! Best contractor experience I have had in years. 10 stars! Millers

I am very pleased with the results; the work was started when promised and completed in a timely manner. The workers were professional and informed me of all the steps that were perfomed while the job was being done. The floors look great!!! and repairs were very well done. the flooring tech pulled up the damaged flooring, cleaned the slab, glued down the new unfinished flooring and finished the new flooring and blended the finish so it closely matched the surrounding original flooring. The tech did a first class job was a pleasure to work with and cleaned up.

Lincoln, Owner, stopped by the house to provide estimates and flooring samples. Upon hearing of our priorities and interests he proposed some options to us via email. At the same time I was exploring options with other vendors including stopping by our local laminate store. They had almost convinced me to go the Laminate route when Lincoln advised he could provide a real wood floor at the same or lower price and could meet our budget to do all the rooms. Scheduling was difficult because of holidays and vacations but the materials were ordered and installation was scheduled promptly within weeks. Scheduling was also complicated by the fact that when the laminate was removed, water was found underneath. We never identified the source of the water as it may have been trapped underneath for a long period of time. We had to wait over several days to try to get it dry. On the date of the reschedule, the concrete still showed moisture and required that I purchase an expensive sealant solution. My wife and I did most of the moving overnight to or from rooms that were completed and available. The lead installer was an experienced pro, who knew these products and how to get the job done with efficiency and quality. He provided options and suggestions along with way to ensure we were satisfied with the results. We were very pleased with the results which were completed within the week scheduled. The floors are beautiful and turned out much nicer than we expected. My partner loves the wood and she now says she is now finally happy with the house. She says the wood makes the rooms look cleaner and larger. Lincoln provided assurance if we found anything we were not happy with to give him a call. So far we have not found anything. Dealing with him via email was extremely helpful in working together. I'm not sure I was influenced by the company name, but I had sincere trust in Lincoln's and he proved this trust was justified - honest as advertised.

I had several companies come out to give me estimates. Some of them didn't think they would be able to refinish the floors because the boards were not solid wood throughout. Lincoln, the owner, came out and didn't hesitate. They did the job in 5 days, and the floors look FANTASTIC!! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I met the owner of the company and he personally made sure each phase of the work was done to our satisfaction. Three crews worked in our home. Each person was courteous, professional and prompt.

ABE'S HONEST HARDWOOD FLOORS EMPLOYEES ARRIVED ON TIME AND WENT RIGHT TO WORK TO REFINISH THE FLOOR IN MY GUESTROOM. THE FLOOR LOOKS BETTER THAN NEW.
