My chairs were picked up, and the work done, theses chairs looked like I just came out of high end , custom furniture shop.The seams matched perfectly, trim was right on detail. They were very customer orientated and real sweet people, apparently this is a small family business. I have used them two more times, I love the honesty and professional job. I had a dining room chair in which the cane seat had deteriorated to the point of being unusable so I decided to replace it with a cushioned seat. They cut a piece of wood in the shape of the seat, then attached padding and fabric and attached the whole thing to the chair bottom. Since only a small piece of fabric was needed, I was able to use one of several scraps they had on hand. I was quite pleased with the result and intend to use Counsil for any future upholstery needs.

It was absolutely fabulous. I just can't say enough about how fabulous this place is. The workmanship was perfect. They did my cushions very quickly even though I gave her a mountain of work to do, since I was having company. The piping and the welts are just perfect. It is as if I took it to New York City and had some very expensive person doing it. They don't even resemble anything like what I brought them. All of them look like I just went to a nice store and bought them brand new. They are all nice, big, fat and puffy. I would recommend her to anyone. I am going to only use her.
