Overall experience was great, which is why I continue to use them for all of my irrigation needs.

Willett Pumps & Sprinklers are prompt, fast, efficient and dependable. I will be continuing to use them. Things in your sprinkler system seem to break down over time. Before you know it, things stop working. By the time Willett leaves, you feel like you have a grip on it. They know what they're doing. They get the job done.

Willett Pumps and Sprinklers responded immediately to my call for an estimate on fixing my existing sprinkler system. They gave me two quotes, one for repairing my old system and one for installing a new one with better coverage. I received no pressure either way. Both quotes were more reasonable than any of the four or so other quotes I received, and I decided to install a new system. As soon as I contacted them to schedule the work, they responded quickly and professionally. They showed up on time on the day of installation, and worked cleanly and efficiently. They finished the job early the following morning, and explained how to operate the new timer, showed me the new zones, and so on. The price was extremely fair and I am very satisfied with the experience. I also appreciated that they moved the faucet on the pump inside my garage (that could flood) to the outside free of charge. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs service on an existing sprinkler system or installation of a new one.

I discovered that I had a leak in my irrigation system and called Willet Pumps & Sprinklers to make an appointment. I left a message and Mr. Willet called me back in a timely manner. A time was set, but the men were delayed, however, they called me to confirm that they would be a little late. They arrived at the new appointment time. Mr. Willet personally was not able to perform the required service, but the crew he sent did a fine job. They found the leak, replaced the head and replaced some parts on other heads. They also did a system inspection at no extra charge. The crew members were very informative and answered all the questions I had. I will certainly call Mr. Willet again when I need help with or repair of my irrigation system.

They came out twice in about 1 year, to move a sprinkler head, second time to replace and adjust. The second time I provided the sprinkler heads. They are prompt, work quickly, but are pricey.

They did exactly what I asked of them. They called me back the day after I left a message, then came out that day a little early for our appointment.

The service was excellent. They repaired the problem of air getting into the system from a broken seal on the pump, adjusted sprinkler heads so they cover properly and we done in two hours! The sprinkler system works like it was just installed. Awesome Job! They are honest and to the point about what needs to be done and how much it will cost. I really appreciated that.

They arrive on time 10 AM installed new lines from front of house to back approx 200 feet, capped the well connected new lines to sprinkler system. Tested all three zones for pressure and conforming to city code for reclaimed water finished about 2 :00 PM with city inspector passing job

Call them up for a estimate Mr. Willett himself answered came right out discussed what needed to be done and price. Give us a date he could do it and he came out on that day and did the job very professionally. I'm very happy with there work and I plan to use them again on my other properties. Mrs. Pamela A. As executor of an estate I needed to make many repairs to a sprinkler system. Willett Pumps and Sprinklers were in Largo and highly thought of. They came out soon after I called. First performed a quick test to see what was needed. Many of the heads were aimed incorrectly, some spraying directly on the house, some were broken. They went to work right away and changed or replaced the heads that needed work. There was an old well with a pump still in place. The pump and the pipe going from it were leaking. They removed the pump and sealed the pipe.

Ken showed up on time and repaired the zone with in a few minutes.

They did an outstanding job. They were here when they said they would be. After they were done I had some large palms put in. One of the standing sprinklers was blocked by one of the new palm trees as opposed to watering the lawn. When I pointed it out while he was working next door he said no problem and moved it without charging me.

Ken did an excellent job at a reasonble price. I highly recommend hiim.

Mr. Willett was, initially, a little hard to catch; we traded phone messages for a couple days. When I did talk to him, we set an appointment within the week. He was there promptly at the appointed time. I thought he would just check out the problems and set a date to come back; however, he fixed the whole system right there. It was a little more extensive than I had thought; apparently the one zone had not been working since the previous owners installed the pool fence (5 years)!! He installed new heads where necessary, replaced piping, cleaned out existing heads. I was very happy with his work and felt the price was more than fair. Would highly recommend.

Lawn sprinklers not working. Willett crew did all the work and made all adjustments..now work fine. Very professional and polite. Did all work after phone call and left a bill. Would not have known they were there except everything is working fine. Will recommend them to everyone.

I called Mr. Willett's company as a result of a recommendation. I said repeatedly finding Mr. Willett's company was like finding an unexpected treasure!! He was invaluable in the huge project that we had underway at our home. With a double drive and circular drive being removed and pavers installed and pavers being installed in the back around the pool and extended into other areas, new landscaping and resodding the enitre back and parts of front yards, he was truly an invaluable resource. Mr. Willett had a handle on the entire project and took the lead in making sure anything to do with pump or irrigation was taken care of. I did not have to call him, he had dates on his calendar and of when something new was going to occur and just showed up to take care of problems that arose. Mr. Willett's company always cleaned up after themselves and restored any disturbances they had to make in the yard. They have a wonderful work ethic that is refreshing to see. When I was having a hard time finding an electrician, two of the other companies working for me who were responsible for the electrician I refused, couldn't fnd a substitute in a timely manner. After Mr Willett heard me complaining that I needed a reliable electrician, he brought an electrician over and introduced him to me, he was fantastic and ended up doing all my electrical and was also great to work with. Going the extra mile says to me that Mr. Willett isn't just concerned about the job that is on the schedule at the moment, but about the customer and their needs for their projects to be completed with excellence. I will be using his company again and do not hesitate in recommending to anyone.

I have a deep well that was in need of some additonal points. I has Willett come out and i was impressed with there knowledge of my system and the water tables in my area. I was quoted a price and i ageeed to have them do the work. I was told they needed to do a survey and pull a permit before digging and they would contact me when they were ready. I got a call a week or so later that they were at my door ready to begin work....problem is they never called me to schedule. They said they could dig the well without me being there and come by the following Saturday to put in my new Rainbird digitial unit. I told them to proceed. Well they did without the survey being done...they cut through my Verizon Fios cable and I was without phone,internet or cable. They called to tell me they reported this to Verizon and that they would be out the next day to fix it. Very inconvienent...I called Verizon myself and convinced them to come out that night. Also the survey people came out that night too....I had to laugh. I sent an email to Willett on how unsatisfied I was with the way this played out...never got a response. Willett came over Saturday and finished the job and I was satisfied with the work. One more problem...they did not bill me correctly so they have been calling me to get the additional funds. Funny how they respond when it's about the money...I will pay them, at my own pace. Bottom line decent work, bad customer service and a little pricey.

I have used Willett many times and they are always proessional and punctual. They know their trade and do quality work at a good price. They also work within your budget and provide tips on how to save. They showed me how to adjust my sprinkler heads, set the auto timer, etc.

They came right away to find and fix it. They went over and checked the valve of the water system at another house of mine the same day for me for a separate charge. They were very good and very professional. I would use them again.

The experience was cordial & professional. Punctuality wasn't up to par. They were about 20 minutes late. It was explained to me why the pump leaked with such force with the possibility that the pump might need to be replaced. He was able to repair all the leaks.

I found the company to be excellent. They came within the week to give me complete estimates for each property. The following week they returned and repaired and replaced heads on the system. AND actually charged LESS than the original estimate. This was also done for the property next door. Imagine, a company that charges you less than they estimated the job. I would definitely have them again in the future. They are now officially my sprinkler company!

Excellent - Ken & his men showed up after I left for work, when I got home about noon they were still there & I saw the cement rings around each popup. They greeted me & Ken showed me how to use the timer - very thorough instruction & very professional - also VERY nice! I am VERY pleased with this company! Also, since we're getting our driveway extended from 1-2 car, some of the popups would've been in the way of the extension. I requested they move the popups a few inches or whatever to the south & they did it without complaining! There was a surprise that came up a day after they installed the sprinkler system. They cut my neighbor's cable TV line. In addition they failed to bury our cable wire. When I called to tell him about that, he disconnected me while I was speaking to him. I called back and it went straight to voicemail. My neighbors were very understanding about the situation, but it disturbs me that he failed to bring this to our attention in the first place and that he disconnected the phone on me while I was speaking to him regarding the problem. Follow up: Apparently when they were installing our sprinkler system, they disconnected my neighbors cable. When I contacted them, it sounded like he hung up on me, but I'm not sure. I tried calling him right back but I got voicemail. I also gave my neighbor their phone number and he got the voice mail also. Bright house came out and fixed the line for free, but Willette could have stayed on the phone and told me to call Brighthouse and he could have apologized for the line being cut.

They came out and saw that the problem may be two reasons, either bad solenoid, or a bad pump, or both. We first tried and replaced the solenoids to see it that would solve the problem. Once tested though, it looked like I also had a bad pump, because it kept shutting off. He was very good in explaining, in layman?s terms, the problem and the reasons for his actions. He never tried to push any other services, or unnecessary additions or charges. He also suggested that I wait if the changes helped saturate the lawn better before adding any additional heads. He also checked all nozzles, and replaced them with new nozzles. The last company I called (not on Angie?s List) charged me $8 a piece, then to find out, they were used nozzles. They actually showed up early (but called first), and was very nice and professional.
