Description of Work: I left the shop after having my windshield repaired, and the rear-view mirror flew off as I was headed home on I-4. It it me, then scratched my son's Ray Bans. Additionally, my rear view mirror is delaminating, which it was not doing prior! | |1. They stated the rearview mirror issue was the result of the glass manufacturer installing the button inappropriately. OK, but they hired the glass manufacturer, not me! |2. They will take no responsibility for the damage to the rearview mirror damage, stating it must have been delaminating over time. Not the case! |3. I am still working on the claim for the RayBan sunglasses. The executive offices of the insurance company are behind me, but the shop is non-responsive. I have pictures for proof!
