He was friendly and professional when he came out to diagnose and give an estimate, but the next day when the job was being done they were in a hurry and always stopped to answer the cell phone and text. The first guy that came out to do the job was suppose to arrive at 8am but arrived at 8:20 am. He stated another guy was supposed to be here as well but texted him stating he had an emergency. The other guy did arrive at 8:50 am when he did the first guy left to go to another job site. The second guy finished the work and needed to supposed to the other job site and I was to pay him. After he left I noticed I had a drip leak on the toilet tank connecting the water source to the tank and I noticed he did not caulk behind the toilet on the floor. I called the first guy to mention this and he texted he could not talk right now. I called again the next day no answer. I called again later and no answer. I left messages. I got no response and no call back. I got somebody else to correct the issues. I am not happy on how they treat you once you pay them. They have not contacted me at all on the issues I have called out. Lesson learned do not pay until fully inspected. Never thought they would do this.

Great work. Great work ethic. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend. After many years wishing we could find a good plumber, we found a great plumber. Installed 3 toilets, 3 faucets, fixed leak and drywalled. Soooo pleased!!!!

Frankly plumbing was recommended to me by our tile contractor. We were removing our tub from our tub/shower and installing new tile shower and moving the plumbing around. Frank, the owner, asked what we had envisioned the final product to look like for the shower area. He installed a diverter and a separate handheld sprayer. It is exactly what we wanted. Overall they did a great job! They were very ethical with their pricing and I am very happy with their service. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
