+ -1 moreIt worked out good. They were on time. The one that actually did the work, I think he was being trained but they did a good job and everything was fine. They spent a good amount of time but they worked continuously. They cleaned up after they left.

+ -1 moreWe took their advice and replaced the toilet. We got something useful out of it. They came when they were supposed to come and we didn't pay more money.
Description of Work: We had a toilet that was not functioning, and we thought that they could fix it. At the end they just basically said that we need to replace the toilet. My wife and I did. It was two guys that came and looked at the toilet and played around with it for a little while and told us that we needed to replace it.
