My refrigerator was leaking water, causing a flood in the kitchen. I was able to call them and someone was sent right over to repair. The tech showed up promptly at the scheduled time and also called to let me know he was on his way. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and had the necessary part to fix it. He also cleaned up the water and dust behind the refrigerator.
We would definitely use them again for our appliance repairs.
