Excellent service! The tech was knowable and customer satisfaction was his priority. All my questions were answered and the products he installed more than addressed my needs. I have recommended them to our neighbor and they are buying a unit also.

Everything was 5-star except for Customer Service. I originally made an appointment via Home Advisor and was told when BF Plumbing called that the time was not available and that a “time window” was required. So made the appointment for the same day between the hours of 10-2pm. At 2:30pm I called asking where the plumber was and was told I was not on the schedule. Not happy spending 4.5 hours to find that out the day of the appointment. Spoke with someone at BF Plumbing who took down all the information about the job to be done etc......so don’t understand the mishap. Other than that they showed up the next day and did a great job.

Quality work and excellent customer service. Rates bit higher than competition

The tech was nice, but could not clear the drain. They charge $69 for service call and evaluate. They waived the $69 and charged the $99? The drain is not clear and they do not know why. While I felt the $69 was the service call. The drain was not cleared so truly wonder about the company.

Brent arrived within 20 mins. of a call from the office. Our biggest concern was that our hot water heater had never been flushed in 8 1/2 yrs. Brent said the water was clear & hardly any sediment. He did show me the anode rod which was quite deteriorated so we agreed to have that replaced. He also checked other areas related to our tank & everything was fine even though it is 10yrs. old. The septic and other plumbing was fine & so we were pleased with his work. He was efficient & explained things well. Thanks for a job well done....

After the failure of several other plumbers to find the illusive leak in my bathroom area, I called Ben Franklin of Tampa. Their plumber was fantastic! He worked it like a puzzle and finally found the leak was from my bathtub drain which was leaking onto the soil which my tub sits on! He's a genius plumber!
