At Soleil Property Management we are part of each community for the long haul and strive to develop both short and long term plans on the best ways to protect and appreciate the property values of the communities we manage. It's our commitment to our profession that we pledge to our Associations and its' Board of Directors to protect, preserve and enhance each community. We operate with a team approach, and in addition to each communities' management team, we offer you the support of our entire staff to assist you in administering your community's needs and to address any questions or concerns you may have. It is our job to inform the Board of Directors what has successfully worked in other communities and what may not have worked. It is the Board of Directors who set policies that we, as management, implement on a day-to-day basis. By informing the Board of Directors of all the issues, preparing bids, specifications, qualifying contractors and evaluating contracts, we feel we can ensure the most economical and efficient operation of the Association. We have also developed a knowledge base of good, qualified contractors, thus giving the Association the best of both worlds. We are ready to exceed your expectations and look forwarding to providing superb service to your community and its residents!

Communication is a very strong point for the owner, Falicia Jimenez. With prior management companies, we had struggles with responsiveness to resident calls, addressing community project needs as well as vendor management. Falicia has demonstrated excellent rapport with our residents and vendors. Community projects are getting done with top quality professional vendors while ensuring pricing is competitive. The Board is kept actively involved in decision making with several excellent tools for communication and collaboration.
The Soleil Maintenance services has taken on our cleaning needs which is being performed on a more frequent schedule for less money. They have also completed a number of small to medium sized projects on the property that has saved us considerable time and expense over our previous handyman services. They are a tremendous resources to address all the little things that have piled up over the years.
Soleil Property Management has the best interests of our community in mind in all matters related to the Homeowners Association. Her knowledge of the requirements for managing an HOA have been demonstrated frequently to help ensure that the Board is making smart decisions.
