I was 100% satisfied with the service. Libierto was courteous and professional. He and an assistant answered all of my concerns and did so without trying to sell me anything I didn't need. They cleaned up and showed up! What else can you ask for?

They came the next morning after I called. He came right out based on the emergency nature of my request. He really cared to make sure he got to me.

He came out within 2-3 hours of my call on a Saturday! He's my go to guy!

It went very well.? The one tech was at the home for about a half hour. He made a few recommendations on how to increase the efficiency of our appliances too.

That turned very well. One technician came out to do the service and it took him about 30 minutes. He was knowledgeable and a correct person.

Installed motor, a/c still didn't work, wouldn't answer calls until we called from a different number, did come back and fix the problem.

tune up was not worth the $; needs to better describe what is entailed in the "tune-up"

Libardo arrived promptly and checked out our dishwasher. He told us he could fix it for $400 but recommended that we get a new one as the control panel was shot and that his work would only be guaranteed for 90 days. We appreciated his honesty. He also worked on our dryer vent which was very clogged. We had been unable to get to it as it is vented up through the roof. The dryer is now drying properly.

On a Saturday, we called and received immediate service. He assessed and repaired the issue upon arrival and we greatly appreciate his courteous, prompt, quality service. We would not hesitate to call him again for any future needs.

Complete installation of Mitsubishi split unit, which required new plumbing lines and electrical/computer cables, since the prior unit was a Gibson and these didn't match. The scope of the job and labor was much more than expected; but Libardo ( the owner who performed all the work himself) was a true professional throughout, keeping me informed of each step, timelines; and then walked me through the completed installation to make sure I understood the unit, how it was installed,and how to use it. I have the utmost respect and appreciation for this company; and most highly recommend them without hesitation or reservation. Thank you.

It was very good. They came out a few weeks after purchasing the deal. They were great. I have no problem with them whatsoever. They did some extra work and they charged me $120 for it but it was fair.

He was informative. He put something into the garbage disposal to make it smell sweeter although we had no problem. He really didn't do anything physical. He pulled out the refrigerator and we've had a whistle and he told me that it was a fan and it would be an extensive job to replace it. Therefore, the refrigerator being 10 years old wasn't worth that investment. I did gain that knowledge. The other knowledge that I had was the fact that I always felt that our dishwasher should be replaced. We would have to break the old dishwasher to get it out and put a new one in because we redid our kitchen after the builder was done. He got down and showed me that there was tile under there and apparently, whoever built our new kitchen didn't take into consideration the height of the dishwasher. We also discovered that on top of it there is insulation but the metal that covers the insulation is not there. With any subsequent dishwasher we buy, we will have to do the same thing. He didn't do anything but he was very informative and now we know what the whistle is; it does not pay to replace that part. Although we had prepaid the service, I would say he was very good. I think the information was very valuable and it makes me feel better. We thought that $99 was a lot to pay due to the fact the he didn't really do anything physical. He was very responsive and that was good.

He did what he was supposed to do. I was pleased, met expectation.

The only reason I know he was there was the presence of stickers and magnets on my refrigerator. He even had the nerve to go outside and place his stickers on my A/C unit and remove the other company's stickers. He had no business touching my A/C unit. Ultimately, the dishwasher was performing poorly and still is. A complete waste of $99!

Libardo was extremely nice. He was here for a couple hours and was very thorough. He handled everything very smoothly. Libardo always has the customer's best interests in mind. I will be using him in the future.

It worked fine. I just thought he was a great tutor. I was out of town when I saw the ad and I went ahead and purchased it, it was another week or so before I had it done. He was here right on time.

My side by side GE frig got warm on the food side Tuesday night after FPL had a brown out 3 times in a row on Monday night. I waited until Wednesday because the freezer side kept the food side moderatley cool. My repair man of ten years just moved so I needed a new one. I joined Angie's list just to find a repair man that I could trust. Just like your ad on tv, Thank you Angie's List. I called Wednesday morning & Quailty came at 4 PM just like he said. He checked the frig & said the fan was not working. He said he needed to go get the part & he would return. I said what if it isn't the fand and he said the price he quoted me would be what I paid and he would absorb anything else.Even tho it was late he came back & repaired the fan. While fixing the fan he found that the defrost unit was broken. It was too late to get it but he said he would be back in the morning. The frig was working and getting cold. He was back in the morning and finished repairing the frig. The bill was only 25.00 more than he had quoted without the defrost part & labor to install it, which took over an hour. THANK YOU QUALITY. He is now my new repairman for all my appliances. He is honest, friendly, and the most important thing KNOWS WHAT THE H*** HE IS DOING.

Provider honored the Angie's List coupon and was very friendly. He called and emailed me as soon as I purchased the Angie's List coupon for the A/C Service and we scheduled an appointment. He was on time and very knowledgeable. He informed me that the motor in my A/C unit was not the original Trane motor despite the fact that my unit is fairly new. I told him another company replaced the motor (which was under warranty) and I did not realize they didn't use the actual Trane motor.I will certainly use this company in the future as needs arise.
