Description of Work: I called Kelly's today to ask them if they did tree fertilization. The woman said they did not. However she asked me what problems I was encountering and after I explained it she gave me some great recommendations to try. She was friendly, polite and helpful, even after she knew they were not getting a sale out of the call. I will use them for sure when I get my huge ficus tree trimmed!

Description of Work: Removed two medium sized trees. Quick removal and cleanup of area.

Description of Work: The crew removed many overgrown Mexican Sunflower trees and also a large Florida Holly tree. The trees were ground by a machine and all debris was removed from the yard. Also, any remaining roots were ground as to avoid the growth of more unwanted trees. We were very pleased with the results and would use them again in the future.

Description of Work: It was a pleasure dealing with a company who so thoroughly knew their business. They responded within a day to give us an estimate and came the next day to do the job. We have 7 large oak and one large mahogany in our yard. They arrive promptly first thing in the morning with a professional crew and several large pieces of equipment. They spent nearly the whole day trimming the trees to our complete satisfaction. When they were finished, not a limb or branch was left behind. They even returned yard furniture back to its original position. |We would recommend them to friends and family and plan to use them in the future.

Description of Work: I had a terrific experience overall with Kelley's Tree Service and I highly recommend them. The job consisted of the removal of two very large trees and several smaller ones. The job was tricky since the power line to the house ran very close to one of the trees and I was worried that this would be a problem. Another potential complication was a tree that was climbing on a concrete block wall. Rick Kelly and his crew handled everything professionally and there were no problems whatsoever. They stayed late so they could get the job done in one day and they cleaned everything up. Doug Kelly is a pleasure to work with and his office staff was fantastic in terms of returning phone calls and scheduling the work. They also jumped thru hoops to get the tree removal permit from the City of Delray Beach. Two other contractors that I interviewed told me that they would not get a permit for me. It was nice to work with true professionals and really nice people.

Description of Work: Doug Kelly came out and gave me an estimate for removing a tree. Contacting the company and speaking to him were both real pleasures. However, when the job description changed and he had to come back to re-quote,it was very obvious that the job was not important enough. I was told that he would come out "the next time he's in the area. Frankly,if you don't need the work just say so. I waited for a call back and then went with another firm who I will review when the work is done. I was willing to pay more for Kelly because of the great reviews and how nice he was to talk to. However, I will be going with the guy that came over when he said he would, called back to check if we had questions and followed up by providing a new bid, in the rain.

Description of Work: Large tree cut down, debris removed, stump ground. Cleaned up well, very little impact on surrounding plants. Unfortunately, they "had" to break the 4 pipes for sprinkler system, and could not get stump out completely. It would have been nice if they had offered some sort of rebate/compensation for repairing the sprinkler system.
