Silviu and Chris recently replaced our central air conditioning system. The experience from proposal through installation was professional and pleasant. There were no surprises, and they met all committed expectations, including the timeliness of the installation. While it is never pleasant to be faced with such a large unexpected project, I was grateful to work through it with Silviu, Chris and their team.

They were very punctual, got there within 30 minutes. Saved me thousands of dollars by not replacing the entire air-conditioning unit. They diagnosed the problem replaced the part and the unit is working perfectly. I will definitely have them come back.

I call for a/c service last night Silviu was the first to call me came out this morning got my unit back up and working what great guy he was I will call back for service again coming back out in two weeks to check on again make sure no more problem

Silviu, Chris and Patrick were very professional very knowledgeable and most of all very patient. The job turned out to be alot bigger once they got started and they handled each problem . The quality of work was great and the problems I had are now solved. I would recommend to any of my family members as well as my friends.

Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and able to solve my problem. They review the whole system to rule out possible causes of the leak. The problem was resolved saving me a whole new unit for now.

We called Excel to troubleshoot and fix our A/C at our home in Boynton Beach. Sylvio was able to work the visit into our schedule and came out the same day. He was prompt, Knowledgeable and very nice. He was able to find the problems and show my husband before fixing it. He was excellent. We highly recommend Excel due to their great service. We will use them again if we ever have a problem and also for maintenance in the future. We were very happy.

Replaced all of our old ducts. Did a great job, on time and a fair price. Will be our 'go to guy' for heat and air.

Silviu responded in the face of Hurricane Matthew and he and crew were on the job as soon as the storm passed. I thought my air handler needed a new motor but he determined right away that it only needed a voltage regulator. Professional from start to finish. They checked out and adjusted the rest of the system as well. I now have a regular air conditioning specialist that I will recommend to our friends and neighbors.

Silviu and partner took the time to diagnose our vent sweating moisture issue and were very creative in coming up with a plan to remedy. They had to work in a 130 degree attic but never complained, were always there when they said, fast but thorough, cleaned up impecably and quoted fairly. These guys really care about the work they do and are not just rushing to get to the next job as many others are.

I was very pleased with my experience with this company. My A/C unit in my townhouse stopped cooling on a Sunday afternoon and I was able to reach them and they came out to diagnose the problem and provide an estimate. I was impressed that they responded quickly even on a Sunday and ultimately I hired them to add freon to my A/C unit to get it cooling again. They came back the next day just to check the unit again at no charge. They were very honest and friendly and solved my problem. I would recommend them to other customers.

Our air conditioner died. Their day was full, but they sent someone anyway. Arrived at designated time. No service charge. Wonderful company that repaired what was necessary and stayed away from up sells. Reasonable pricing based on what I've paid to others for similar work. Great company.
